We have been vacationing here for many years enjoying an ideal setting with access to restaurants, shopping and beach. The property has 2500 sq ft under air conditioning on 1 level and comprises pool, outdoor eating area and a screened in patio. Hidden sliding glass doors open up to the patio area and swimming pool real indoor-outdoor living.
Within 1 mile away to the Gulf with an easy access to a private beach. The clear beach is hardly crowded with outdoor showers, picnic tables, grass lawns, tiki-hut, a restroom and free parking. Umbrellas, tennis racquets, bikes and beach chairs included in the vacation house. The Master Suite has a walk in closet and an easy access to the swimming pool through sliding glass doors. Other two bedrooms share a bath, 1 with a double bed and the other one with 2 twin beds. The living room has access to the chandeliered dining room with seating for eight people facing the pool.
There is a family room with a convertible couch, 3 chairs and entertainment center with TV, DVD, and a DVD library. Wi-Fi internet is provided. Family room has 3 sliding glass doors that access to the patio dining area and swimming pool. The equipped kitchen is between dining room and family room.
