Let me just assure you that this home is just as the pictures show. It is beautiful, quaint and a short walk to the beach just across the road. We were very comfortable here. The owner was just a phone call away and very personable. My favorite thing was the beach and sitting out on the beautiful patio with lighted palm trees and the tranquil water fall feature. Peaceful slice of beach heaven
The description of this property was exactly as described. It is clean with modern amenities and lush landscape. The owner, Suzie, was so wonderful and easy to contact. The location is perfect for quick beach access and to area shopping. My family of 4 had a magnificent month stay and were so sad to leave. The biggest asset is how quiet and exclusive the beach area is. We saw only 2 - 3 other families during our time on the beach. That truly made for a relaxing and enjoyable day of sun and fun! I highly recommend this home.

Awesome Location and House!
We had the best vacation staying at the "Summerplace" location. We had lived in Vero Beach for many years and had rented a home in this neighborhood while building our home so knew the neighborhood. It is a very special place unlike other neighborhoods of manicured lawns and neighbors that don't speak to you. These neighbors are very friendly and we enjoyed cocktails in the afternoon with them. Their system is to whistle when they are outside having their evening cocktail unless you are one neighbor who can't whistle, so she beats a drumstick...lol The house was nicely decorated and the pictures do not do justice to the openess of the living room/kitchen/dining/florida room area. There is very comfortable bedding and plenty of it with two white leather futons in the florida room just off the dining room. Two bathrooms are a must, even with two people and these are nicely done. We enjoyed the trail bikes for riding on Jungle Trail (something I had never done before) and my older son enjoyed the kayak in the ocean. Susie provided these as well as some boogie boards. This is true Florida Living. We had a few campfires in her special area of the yard, hidden by beautiful sea-grape plants and flowering plants. Tile floors throughout the house make it very easy and cool. Plenty of towels and supplies for our stay. We enjoyed many hours of playing cards on the back patio and the dipping pool was refreshing. Even though there are neighbors you don't really see their homes nor do they see you. The owner is easy to work with and responded quickly to our questions. I would recommend this rental for a couple, family short term or long term. It was very convenient to shopping, Disney's resort and restaurants, beach, golf, and riverfront. There is a great park just across the bridge on the river that has picnic tables and you can fish there either wading out in the water or off the shoreline. We had great seafood all week, something we have missed since moving from Vero Beach. Thanks, Susie for allowing us to use your lovely home. We will be back.

Beautiful and relaxing home/area
My husband and I and our dog stayed this property in January 2016 for two weeks and we had an amazing time. . The house was beautiful , very clean and had all the necessities. The owner Suzie was very nice and attentive to our needs The house was surround by foliage which gave it a tropical effect. The area was ice and quiet and the the neighbors were very friendly. The location was beautiful and was very close to the beach. The Vero Beach Disney property was close by and had two very nice restaurants called Sonya's and Shutters. The Publix supermarket , restaurants, gas stations were within a couple of miles. The overall area was excellent and very picturesque which included the intercostal , the ocean beaches, and beach area/restaurants off ocean Drive. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends for a wonderful getaway.
