Paradise Found Vero Beach has just been updated by us, the new owners! This beachfront vacation home is like a resortl!
Oceanside, beachfront, private pool with amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean from the moment you walk in the front door! The chef's dream kitchen is ready for you to create meals for you and your extended family with 2 Thermador Ovens, 2 LG Microwaves, Subzero frig & freezer, Viking Wine Frig, 2 Bosch Diswashers along with a banquette & 7' custom designed farmhouse table to seat 12.
The dinning room also has amazing views of the ocean. It too has a custom designed 8' farmhouse table with a Sugi Ban finish and a conquina fire place is shared with the living room. The living room is set to never miss a surprise from the ocean with 2 9' Restoration Hardware Linen sofas, an oversized teak coffee table, antique trunk and 2 barrel chairs that rock and swivel 360 degrees. Whether you want to watch the ocean or enjoy your family, you can do it all in this comfy yet elegant living room. Thirsty? The living room also has a wet bar equipped with a mini frig and ice maker.
The Paradise Found Master Bedroom (K) sits on the Atlantic Ocean side with glass doors to the lanai. It is decorated with a seagrass bed and loveseat, Drexel side tables, armoire with Direct TV. Accent furnishing are morther of pearl. Master bathroom includes a steam shower, jetted tub and a bidet.
The realxing Spa Bedroom (Q) has a perfect view and glass door walk out to the pool. It has a shared ensuite with shower/tub.
One of my favorites, the Coral Bedroom (K), could be considered a 2nd master on the ground floor. Bright and beautiful decor describes this bedroom. It has a private ensuite with shower/tub and Direct TV.
No need to wake up the sleepy heads to catch the early surf, as this gound floor bedroom, Surf's Up Bedroom (Q & F), sports a glass door walk-out to the beach boardwalk. It includes a quant sitting area for two and Direct TV.
The Verde Bedroom (Qx2) says it all. You can't miss the chic green room with custom cottage chair. This room has direct access to a shared ensuite on the ground floor.
Last but not least, The Gator Bedroom (Fx2). Since we have two students at UF, how could we not have one room sporting their colors. This room is also special because it shares a coquina fireplace with the family room. This bedroom is waiting for collegiate fans!
The entertainment room has a large comfy sectional to enjoy the Direct TV on the large screen. You can't miss the Vitalie Billards Table waiting to be played. This is the perfect escape from the Florida sun, once you have your fill of course.
Our upper deck is ocean side and has 2 Adirondack chairs along with 2 matching chaise loungers. Amazing views when you want to catch the utmost rays.
On your way to the uppder deck, you passed by the Frontgate spread of outdoor furniture waiting for you under the covered lanai. Don't worry, we have such a large lanai half of it is for catching rays.
Our home has it all! Once you have caught all your fish on the beach, you can grill it up on the 8 burner gas grill under our breezeway. Sit and watch the sunset poolside while you enjoy your freshly grilled dinner. What more could you ask for?
Tell our Property Manager at check-in you would like to use our kayak's. She will make that happen for you. Nothing is left for you to worrry about. Anything wrong with the place, give her a call. She is always on top of things. You need a recommendation for a restaurant, feel free to text or call her. She is ready to answer any questions you have about our home and Vero Beach.
