On the very western edge of South Venice bordering Shamrock Nature Park and the Venetian Waterway Park & Bike Trail, our backyard faces due west 1000 yards from Casperson Beach and the Gulf of Mexico.
This western exposure provides you sanctuary and seclusion and allows you to enjoy our large Lanai and salt water pool in complete privacy. Whether it’s coffee in the morning, sunshine in the afternoon, or Florida’s creamsicle sunsets, our 1350 sq/ft lanai/pool cage is one of Villa Ocala’s greatest assets.
Just this year June 2019, Venice was voted as the "2nd Best City in Florida to Line in". Venice has 9 golf courses, 10 public tennis courts, and over 130 Artisan and Specialty shops, fine restaurants, nightclubs, and incredible beaches for your adventures.
