Our brand new Luxury Mediterranean Style home sits on a tropical landscaped large double lot in a very quiet neighborhood on a dead end street with no thru traffic. On the very western edge of South Venice bordering Shamrock Nature Park and the Venetian Waterway Park & Bike Trail, our backyard faces due west 1000 yards from Casperson Beach and the Gulf of Mexico.

This western exposure provides you sanctuary and seclusion and allows you to enjoy our large Lanai and salt water pool in complete privacy. Whether it’s coffee in the morning, sunshine in the afternoon, or Florida’s creamsicle sunsets, our 1350 sq/ft lanai/pool cage is one of Villa Ocala’s greatest assets.

Just this year June 2019, Venice was voted as the "2nd Best City in Florida to Line in". Venice has 9 golf courses, 10 public tennis courts, and over 130 Artisan and Specialty shops, fine restaurants, nightclubs, and incredible beaches for your adventures.

Only 50 yards out the back yard puts you onto the Venetian Waterway Bike Trail that goes to downtown Venice and all the way to Sarasota! A bikers dream. Bike north to the Circus Bridge, up and over and back down the other side and it takes you right into Caspersen Beach State Park and the black sands of the “Shark Tooth Capital of the WORLD”!

• Nightly Rate x Number of Nights
• $500 Refundable Security Deposit
• $150 cleaning fee
• 12% Tax
• Upgrades & Extras
Payment Terms:
• Reservation Deposit = 50% of Total Rental Cost is Due at Booking
• Balance of Total Rental Cost due at least 30 days prior
• 10% Discount if Booked and Paid in Full 60+ days prior

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
Restrictions:
• No Pets
• No Smoking
• No Parties or Events
• No RVs, no Boats, no Trailers
• Minimum stay: 5 nights
• Maximum Stay: 3 months

Suitability

Our property has been built especially for people who are looking for a very clean, healthful, and private atmosphere.  Our water filtration cleans the water to bottled water standards.  Our air conditioning is Ozone treated.  Our private salt water pool is mantainened weekly.  Our matresses are high quality and brand new.  We have many other top line amenities that you will not find in most vacation rentals.  If you are accustomed to and appreciate the value of this level of luxury, you will be well pleased with our vacation property.
