Living room has a pull out sofa bed for 2, a love seat, chair and lounge chair.
The hallway leads to a guest bath with Jacuzzi tub.
To the right is a guest room with twin beds and a nautical decor. To the left is the master bedroom decorated with a tropical theme. The room has a queen bed with new high quality mattress, small walk-in closet & private bath with walk in shower.
The home has an attached garage. Available is beach equipment and 2 bikes perfect for riding to the beach 2 miles away by car, shorter biking. Manasota beach is a local favorite, because of it's lack of hotels and motels, new bath accommodations and lots of very old shark's teeth. Shark teeth hunting is a favorite activity at this beach. Along with your rental comes a ferry pass to a private beach. Venice beach is on an island. There is a park in the town as well as quaint shops and unique eating spots providing a day of fun, relaxation and shopping. Other beaches in the area are great for manatee watching, shell collecting, fishing and walking on the boardwalk Many beaches have weekend celebrations. Only 30 minutes away is the famous Siesta Key noted for it's cool white quartz beach.
Within 3 miles there are plenty of restaurants, department stores, groceries and a flea market.
