Minimum StayVery Enjoyable stay!
I rented this place for a month and it was one of the best rentals I've stayed in. When we first walked in, it was very inviting and quaint. There was plenty of room for four of us and we felt at home right away. It was also a great location with the pool right across the street, and a Publix down the road. It was in a perfect location to get to Venice island because it was so close! I recommend this rental to anyone who is visiting and needs a nice place to stay.

The Perfect stay....
My wife and I found this place to be roomy and very well stocked with all utensils necessary for a comfortable long term vacation. The owner Len, met us upon arrival and explained all the workings of his rental. He was also readily available if we ever needed anything. We have rented many places in Florida over the years and this was by far the most inviting, all the way around. Thanks Len & Peggy!!! Ken and Carmel

Lovely and charming home
Very comfy, fully loaded home. We thoroughly enjoyed how conveniently located this home is to everything in Venice. The home has everything and anything you could need or want for a vacation stay; we stayed for four weeks. The house is meticulously clean and has a very homey feel about it. It was the perfect size for us (2 couples). With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, we were never crowded or in each others way. The house is very well equipped with dishes, pots, pans, etc. We enjoyed the cable, watching movies and great Wi-Fi and relaxing after many long days of sightseeing and exploring the surrounding areas. Having a great fully-loaded kitchen and grill at our disposal, we didn't have to go out for our meals. Everyone felt so comfortable with the house, beds, and charming décor that we could have moved in immediately! This was our first trip to Venice and we loved the downtown area so much that during the four weeks we were here we visited it at least 4 times. If we had any questions at all, Len got right back to us with an answer to rectify the problem. We enjoyed our stay very much and would not hesitate to recommend this home. It has a carport for 2 cars under roof, full AC/Heat, serving and cooking ware, lovely new beds and as a bonus and enclosed Florida room. 15 minutes from Venice Beach or Nokomis Beach. 20 minutes from Siesta Key (voted the world best beach in 2011).
