Beautiful two bedroom home is situated a short walk over the bridge to the beach. Interior designer furnished and fully equipped with everything you could need. Large open plan living room with sofas, table and large screen tv/dvd. Dining table with chairs. Sliding glass doors onto the pool area which can be gas heated in winter. Kitchen overlooks the living and dining area and is fully equipped with all brand new modern appliances.
The master bedroom has king size bed, flat screen 46 inch tv on wall, doors onto the patio area and its own shower room. The second bedroom is great for families as it has a full bed and a twin trundle bed which can also convert to king. Also has flat screen tv on wall.There is a second full bathroom off this bedroom and also accessible from living room.
The pool has a privacy fence, baby safety fence if required and is approx 14 x 24 long. Pool can be gas heated in winter and has solar blanket on roller to keep in heat. 10 minutes to local shops and restaurants. Great location - hard to find such a nice home so close to the beach at a reasonable price!
There is dining table and bench on lanai and hammock for relaxing in the sun.
Sun loungers for lying by the pool.
Front garden has chairs and firepit and front porch with rocking chairs.
Laundry room with washer and dryer.
