Location, location, location! Perfectly situated on the 6th floor next to the elevator with a nice view of the Gulf, this clean, nicely appointed villa provided a great location for any kind of vacation. The complex is relatively quiet and was not as crowded as expected, so you can relax and enjoy the peace of the ocean when you want; however, it's located conveniently close to a number of fine restaurants and night spots if you want to seek entertainment. The beach was spacious, clean, covered with cool white sand and warm for swimming. Both pool/hot tub areas were well kept and clean with plenty of deck chairs, tables, and umbrellas. Owners were very helpful with questions and are very attentive to keeping the unit in good shape. We're looking forward to another vacation there!

We had a great stay at Rick and Charlotte's condo!
Had a great week except for some rain, but we managed! We loved the condo 606S . Rick is a great guy to work with, no issues. Sunset Vista is a great complex! Well taken care of property. Beautiful views of beach. We can't wait to return , hopefully September! Thanks, Rick

Wonderful condo and complex
Rick and Charlotte's condo is the cleanest we have ever stayed in. Rick credits his "German Housekeeper from PA" for her meticulous attention to detail. Sunset Vistas has the most polite / friendly employees and the grounds and pool are immaculate. The description of the condo is very accurate. Rick answers your questions almost immediately. He will send you detailed directions for the unit which include parking and information about the area. The condo includes beach towels, chairs, linens and washer/dryer. The master bedroom has been updated. The location of Sunset Vistas is perfect. Most everything you would need is in walking distance. I would highly recommend this condo.

Amazing condo on the beautiful gulf!
Stop looking, you've found it, your place of vacation tranquility that will make you wish you booked 2 weeks ! This is my second stay and it's nice to know that its just as wonderful as always! Rick is great to work with and always prompt with returning my emails . Condo is exactly as pictured. View is incredible , throw in a setting sun and you have breathtaking sunsets! This area puts you in close proximity to anything from boating, fishing and dolphin tours to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores . You can walk to it all! Pack your clothes and sunscreen , everything else is already there. The entire resort complex is staffed by friendly employees and kept immaculate . Pool areas are beautiful and plenty of chairs. I'm a solo traveler and this is a place to restore one's soul. Miles of beaches to walk and collect shells while your mind reflects on the absolute beauty that surrounds you. My advice , stay 2 weeks if you can, you will not be ready to leave.
