We were originally scheduled to stay at Sunset Vista the week after Irma landed but because of damage to the unit Rick offered up his other condo at The Reef Club in Indian Rock beach for the same price. He was in constant contact with us about status. It was a much bigger condo and very opulent. We had a great time. It was very clean and quiet. Pool, hot tub and the ocean to choose from. Top floor unit was perfect. Got to touch a hammerhead shark before it was released. Sunsets were awesome from the balcony. Go with Rick and Charlotte!

Perfect Location for overdue vacation!!!
We want to thank Rick and Charlotte for providing a great place to stay for our vacation!!! This condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked with starter supplies until we had a chance to make it down the street to the Publix (which is very close to the condo). I am always leery of the beds in some rentals being uncomfortable and then you are stuck with it for the duration of your stay. Rest assured, the beds in this condo are GREAT!!! They are very comfortable and you can get a real good nights sleep!! We travel to Treasure Island frequently and have stayed at other locations, however this one is hard to beat!!! The dedicated parking spot directly under the condo was a big plus to always having a place to park as well as keeping the HOT Florida sun off the car!! Thank you again for the nice bottle of wine that awaited us upon our arrival!!! If you are reading these reviews to consider staying here...stop looking, you found the right place!!!

Family Vacation in Treasure Island!
Hi Rick & Charlotte, Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful condos at Sunset Vistas. With both condos side by side it was extremely convenient for our family and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Having stayed at your other condo at The Reef Club we knew the condos would be well maintained and have everything we needed. Your pride of ownership definitely shines through. Delightful condo with Gulf view
I enjoyed my stay at Rick and Charlotte's condo very much. I loved being out on the deck watching the surf. Rick was great about making sure I had what I needed. I loved being able to walk outside and get into the warm Gulf waters. Also, the jacuzzi and pool were delightful; the pool water temperature was very pleasant to swim in at night. I highly recommend their condo!

Treasure Island is blessed with over 3 miles of white sandy Gulf Coast beaches. Yearlong activities include swimming, boating, fishing, golfing or just taking a long walk down the beach. We are part of the 13th largest metropolitan area in the United States and are only a 45 minute drive from Tampa International Airport, Busch Gardens and only a 2 hour drive from the Orlando area. Clearwater Airport is about 10 minutes closer than Tampa International but does not have volume of flights and carriers - but worth checking from your city.
Treasure Island got its name after several property owners buried and then 'discovered' a couple of wooden chests on the beach. After claiming the chests were filled with treasure news of the discovery quickly spread and the name was born - Treasure Island!
You know you will be in Treasure Island when you pass the famous Pirate's Welcome and Treasure Chest or cross one of the three bridges that bring you to a tropical world of lush flowers, palm trees, parrots, pelicans and dolphins. You can consider this your home away from home - and stretch your toes in the sand and wash your troubles away.
