This condo was a great place to stay. We had plenty of room and we loved the view from our balcony. The beach was beautiful and there were so many things in our closet. We had beach towels, chairs, and umbrella available if we wanted in our room.

Great family vacation
Fantastic condo. Great location, beautiful views at sunset. LOTS of little kids everywhere, super fun place for a family vacation (not so great for a quiet, romantic trip). Great pool, but can get very crowded.

The Best Condo In Florida
We have vacationed in Florida for over 10 years. Stayed in many towns and condos. This was the best of all. Beautiful views of the ocean and pool The condo was spotless and had everything we could want. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. I was so impressed with the owner. The coffee pot was slowly giving out. I emailed the owner to let them know that it would make it until we leave but might want to replace it after our departure. He drove 35 minutes to bring us a new coffee pot. The pool area is clean and spacious with a hot tub The complex offers a cafe a tiki bar and an ice cream shop. Everyone was so friendly and eager to help. This condo is an excellent choice for families with children or adults. Plenty of beach towels, chairs and toys. Very peaceful and quiet in the evening. If you like to BQ then it's just downstairs. I can't say enough about this condo and the caring owner. Thank you so much for your hospitality we will be back soon. I give this condo and surrounding areas ********** ten stars out of ten.

Perfect Christmas
We really enjoyed staying here! Vlad was very helpful, and the fact that he did not require a Saturday to Saturday visit was perfect for our schedule. The condo had everything we needed and the view of the beach was excellent for our morning coffee. The beach itself was lovely, and the sunsets every night were FANTASTIC! If you're planning to stay anywhere near treasure island, this is the condo to choose!

The property was very clean and had everything you needed. The girls at the pool bar were friendly. Access was right on the beach. The location was perfect. We will be returning for sure. Condo had new washer and dryer. Also owner has made many nice updates. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Master bedroom has balcony and beach view. Loved the whole trip

Adventure Island:
When it is hot, hot, hot what could be better than a 30 acre water park? Adventure Island is affiliated with Busch Gardens and offers everything from giant slides and waterfalls to a wave pool, rambling river and mini beaches.

Amphibious Tour
Check out the wild and crazy ride on the ducks. This is the ultimate chitty-chitty-bang- bang tour! The tour will take you on a ride down the beaches of Madeira, Treasure Island and St. Pete Beach. Once on St. Pete Beach you will SPLASH into the water and ride back to Madeira Beach by water. You will spend about 30 minutes on land and almost an hour on the water. View waterfront homes, dolphins, birds and other wildlife.
Busch Gardens:
From heart-stopping roller coasters to water rides that promise to soak you head to toe, Busch Gardens is the place for thrill seekers. SheiKra drops 200 feet straight down. Gwazi is a blur at speeds up to 100 miles an hour. This wonderful park also features amazing animal exhibits, a bird aviary, the park’s Skyride and more.

Clearwater Marine Aquarium:
Home of “Winter” the famous dolphin with a prosthetic tail whose story is told in Dolphin Tale, a movie starring harry Connick Jr., Ashley Judd and Morgan Freeman. Visit the aquarium to see rescued dolphins and sea turtles.

About The Area
The Sunset Vistas is located on the North end of a great stretch of white sandy beaches on Treasure Island.
Sunset Vistas is a luxury Gulf Front Resort directly on the beach on Treasure Island.
This new facility was opened in late 2006, and has quickly become one of the most desired spots for vacationing. This condo unit is completely furnished, with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa, for plenty of room for up to six.
House Rules
RENTAL RULES
1. Smoking is NOT allowed.
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. The unit is privately owned; the owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses
6. Pets are NOT allowed.
7. Parking: There is one free, assigned parking spot for the unit. You will be issued a
Parking pass. Renters must display parking pass on windshield at all times. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renter's expense.
8. Housekeeping: All linen’s including beach towels are provided in your unit. For the condo rental we clean the unit prior to arrival and after departure. We do not offer daily maid service, but one maid services is inluded on your reservation. Please call manager to arrange service after 2-3 weeks of your stay.
9. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the sewer system, you could be charged damages of up to $500.00.
10. Storms: No refunds will be given for storms or hurricane. TIP: Purchase the Travel Insurance.
11. Phone and Internet: All local and long distance calls in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico are free. Internet access and Wi-Fi is free in the unit.
12. What is not allowed?
· Sunshine Florida Vacation rents to families and responsible adults ONLY. We DO NOT rent to students, groups of students or individuals under 25 years old, even if a parent or other legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds. -- NO Pets, NO Smoking in Rentals, Any evidence of smoking or pets in the unit will result in a minimum $300.00 cleaning fee.
· King-size bed in the master bedroom has a floating headboard. Please do not climb or sit on the nightstands. Also, please do not put heavy objects (i.e., suitcases) on the nightstands. The nightstands can hold only small items (i.e., alarm clock, books, phones, etc.)
· The king-size master bed has 3 bottom drawers on each side. You’re welcome to store your clothes there. Please, do not store suitcases in the drawers. They cannot be supported.
13. What you’ll need to bring: Beach accessories, paper products, and any other personal item you may need. There will be a starter kit in the unit for you with toilet tissue, bar soap, paper towel and garbage bags. After those are gone you will need to purchase your own. You will need your own laundry soap, dish soap and dishwashing detergent.
14. Baby Items: Please contact tampabaybabyrentals.com ph.813-987-0927 for any items you may need delivered to your unit. Items must be removed from the unit prior to check out.
15. Miscellaneous: Sunshine Florida Vacation, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and is not liable for any loss of personal items, valuables, damage or injury. Failure to comply with the Rules & Regulations can result in being asked to vacate the property with no refunds.
16. Privacy Policy: Any personal information you provide to us (i.e. name, address, email address, telephone number and credit card information) is maintained in private files on our secure internal systems. Your personal information will not be shared with anyone. We will not sell, rent or share your email address with others for them to send you unsolicited email.
Suitability
This condo is in the North building at Sunset Vistas and has beautiful gulf and pool views as well as views up and down the beach!
The area is home to famous John's Pass - which boasts great restaurants, beach bars, beach activities, fishing, boating and golf. Make it a vacation to remember - with Busch Gardens, Tampa's Aquarium and Lowry Park Zoo only 30 minutes away - and drive to Disney World, Universal and Sea World in only 90 minutes! And if you're a sports fan, we're only a few minutes away from Tropicana Field, Raymond James Stadium (the Bucs!) and the Ice Palace.
Tampa International is only a 30-minute drive and offers many discounted fares into the area.
