Minimum StayPerfect place to stay with family!
We stayed here with two young kids and had great time. The location is in a quiet part of town away from the commercial area. Right across the street is the beach. If you need to run back to the room for something, it is less than a minute walk. You can use the beach chairs and toys that the owners provide. This was a major convenience for us. They even provide fishing rods! Laurie was very helpful in advising us on what to do in the area. She was also very accommodating to our needs. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. They have a little kitchen and there is also decent Wifi. Also, there are courtyards where you can sit and enjoy the evening or use the grills to cook dinner. We will definitely return.

Great getaway!
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in the upstairs inn. Great view and it was a great location. Michelle and Laurie were very accommodating. We stayed just after Labor Day and it was very quiet.

Fabulous deal on the beach!
My husband and I just spent a week in one of the tandem cottages at the Sunset Inn. Laurie and Michele have done an amazing job renovating this beach-side gem and each room is decorated beautifully! They truly have an inn-keepers touch by including really nice beach chairs and umbrellas and were super helpful in suggestions for local restaurants and activities. We stayed from a Monday to a Friday, which was really quiet and peaceful. We had the beautifully landscaped patio area to ourselves to grill under the string lights and enjoy the sounds of the waves (from across the street!). We could leave our room and walk to the water in less than 1 min. This place is exactly what I was looking for on our vacation and we'll definitely be back!

Charming Inn for a perfect weekend getaway!
We recently spent a long weekend at the Sunset Inn & Cottages in Treasure Island, and the entire experience far exceeded my expectations. I travel for a living and deciding to "travel" for relaxation is risky. It was the perfect quiet weekend. The Inn has been completely renovated, yet maintained its integrity of a 1940's "feel". The Inn is located on the south end of Treasure Island, which was perfect and away from the "touristy" area up the road. It was quiet, we were less than 100 steps from the beach, walking distance to a couple of restaurants, and a $4 Uber ride to other restaurants. We stayed in one of the cottages and it was plenty of room and super cute! It had a nice size bedroom with night stands on both sides, a dresser, and nice size closet with wood hangers. The bed was also very comfy! The living room and kitchen area were fully furnished and stocked with a very comfy couch, breakfast table, full-size fridge, and a stove. It had everything you would need to stay in, if you so chose, including grills right outside in the courtyard under the decorative lights. Oh, and it has Wifi!! Laurie is the innkeeper and she could not have been more accommodating. She shared the story of how they bought the inn and it's been a labor of love renovating. We genuinely felt like guests in someone's home as opposed to a hotel. She even gave us paddle boarding tips! Laurie also provided very nice beach chairs and beach towels! It was so nice to simply walk out our front door and be steps away from the beach, as opposed to being in a high-rise condo, packing everything up, waiting for an elevator, and making the journey down to the beach. The Inn is literally steps away. I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed staying at the Sunset Inn & Cottages. The quaintness of the inn coupled with Laurie's kindness and providing anything you would need, it was the perfect quiet weekend getaway. It would also be a great place for a group of friends or families. The courtyard is great and would also be a great place for a small wedding reception! We are already planning our next long weekend to visit Laurie and the Inn!

We are a recently renovated this property located on the south end of Sunset Beach in Treasure Island!
Queen bedroom & private bathroom with kitchenette- fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and all dishes and utensils provided. We also provide a gas grill for cookouts/bbq's. The room also has a small futon that can be used for small children to sleep or to lounge after a day on the beach!

The South end of Sunset Beach is in the best part of Treasure Island! You will NOT be disappointed with the location or the stay! It is the quietest part of the beach! Treasure Island is a community of 4 different Islands and Sunset Beach is on the Southern most tip of the community. This is an area rich in history with MLB stars, movie stars and people of every walk of life that love the atmosphere of old world Florida and all it's natural beauties. It is an area of unspoiled beach land unlike so many communities that are high rise after high rise on the shore line. Come spend some time in our little slice of paradise in Treasure Island, FL! We can't wait to meet and greet you!
