In the past I have stayed at several other condos in this building and this condo is my favorite. This 2 bedroom unit has been nicely upgraded, well maintained, very functional and I felt at home as soon as I arrived.

Highly recommend
This condo was everything we thought it would be and more. It looks just like the photos. Everything was really clean, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, the beds were super comfortable, showers were great - especially the large rain head shower in the ensuite - and the sofas were even more comfortable than they look in the photos. Having a condo right on the beach was a real treat. The beach was quiet and powdery soft and we were overjoyed at watching dolphins play right in front of us. We'd stay hear again in a heartbeat!!

Beautiful, clean condo!
The property was beautiful and it looked newly remodeled. Very clean. Our family rented four condos and ours was by far the nicest! The beach was just outside the building and it was also very clean and not crowded at all.

Best Condo stay at Treasure Island
This is my 3rd year visiting Treasure Island and this is by far the best place I have stayed at. The location was great and the beach was very close to the building which is what I was looking for. I loved that the condo was beach/ocean front and it did not require me to walk across a street to get to the beach. There were ample amounts of parking and overall noise level was very low. The condo itself was very nicely updated and decorated. There was plenty of room throughout the condo. I liked that there were 2 separate bedrooms that provided space for everyone. The kitchen was a nice size and well stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware and small appliances that we needed. The condo's temperature stayed cool and comfortable and we had no issues with the AC unit even though the temperature outside was nearly 100 degrees every day we were there. Master bedroom was large and even with a king size bed there was still a lot of space where it did not feel cramped. I enjoyed the master shower with the rain shower head above. The TV in the living room was a great size. Thank you for providing Netflix and Wifi in your condo. We were able to utilize that. The sofas were very comfortable and the recliners were great. We utilized the common area washer and dryer on the floor by the elevators. They functioned without issues. I really did not find anything wrong and would rent this place again if I return to this area. To be able to have a beachfront location and a great view was awesome and be able to walk down to Caddy's was great. The owners were wonderful to work with. Just a side note. This is not a reflection on the Condo unit or the owners but mainly the building itself. The building itself looks like it needs updating on the outside. The pool area needs to be updated and did not provide any shade at all and had no seating. You had to bring your own chair if you wanted to sit in the pool area. The cleanliness of the pool was ok but sometimes I found it dirtier some days than others. I am not sure who is responsible for cleaning the pool. It is a public pool for the building so some issues with the cleanliness if expected. The only other issue would be since the doors for all the condos are all on a common walkway stretched across the building facing the beach, walking past people sitting by their respective condos and smoking was a issue because sometimes it would permeate into the unit when we would enter or exit.

Two bedroom, two bath condo. Sleeps six --- master bedroom has a king sized bed; second bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed; and there is a pull out queen sleeper in living room. Master bath includes a rain shower.
Unit has been completely renovated with double pane windows, added insulation, shutters, soft water and purified RO drinking water. Kitchen is beautiful with stainless appliances including dishwasher.
We offer free WiFi, free long distance within the US, and free cable. Living room has a 55" TV and each bedroom has a 32" TV.
Condo has elevators, covered parking, heated pool, common area grills, tables and outdoor showers. There is a washer and dryer on each floor.
Check in is at 3:PM and check out is at 12:PM unless other arrangements are made.
