Enjoy the beautiful views of the Gulf Of Mexico & it's sea life from my seventeenth floor condominium unit! This is a luxury two bedroom, two bath, 1,640 sq. ft., fully furnished family beach home.
The living room has recently been redecorated with comfortable leather swivel chairs, & a new sleeper sofa. All carpeting has been removed, & replaced with stylish laminate flooring & a plush area rug. A large fully furnished kitchen with breakfast bar & comfortable, swivel bar stools, open to the living room making it a great are for family gathering.
The extra large balcony runs the length of the master bedroom and living area with large glass sliding doors from each.
Carefully selected cordinating fabrics and accessories have been chosen for each bedroom. The Master bath & dressing area is very spacious with a large walk in closet,double sinks, private potty, and two person shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and separate bath which also opens onto the hall.
Bunk beds are hidden behind bi fold doors in the dinning area and the pull out sofa sleeps two.(the unit sleeps eight) The dinning area comfortably seats eight.
There is a laundry room containing a large full size washer & dryer.
Treasure Island's large pool is Beach side and heated in the winter. There is also a Jacuzzi & Cafe' poolside all just a ride down in the elevator. .... Spectacular ocean views!
The nine yr. old complex, it is located near many resturants including Captain Andersons, and Schooners. It's location to the harbour, which you can also see from your unit, makes it easy to charter a fishing boat, or rent a boat to enjoy the water. There is a dive shop a block away. A visit to St. Andrews State Park and inlet, and trip to Shell Island, make it a very unique place to vacation.

Please call Toni Traina, owner 770-383-0888 or 770-499-2072 to reserve. Total payment or 50% of the rental is due 60 days prior to arrival, final payment is due 30 prior to arrival, payment by check.
Cleaning fee $85+Tax
Rates are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed. Holiday rates may be higher than the rates posted.
The person or persons renting this condo must be 26 years old & occupy the unit the entire reservation. No Pets & No Smoking in the unit or on the balcony. The limit for occupancy in this unit is 8 persons, no exceptions.
