The condo complex gives you that wonderful Florida vacation feel. Many people keep coming back year after year because it is close to everything, quiet, affordable and is a friendly smaller complex.
This 2 bed, 2 bath, 1045 sq feet condo has been recently updated and furnished. It is a located on the 2nd floor of a 2 story building. The Master bedroom has king size mattress and walk in closet. The master bath has been updated with new flooring. Both baths have a tub/shower combo and linen closets. The second bedroom has been set up as additional living space with sofa and love seat, yet welcoming to additional guests as a queen size sofa sleeper. The living area also has new comfy sofa (queen pull out) and new 52” Smart TV. You can access the private balcony from either the living area or bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with casual dishes, glasses, flatware, utensils, pans, coffee maker, toaster, blender had more. It is complete with stainless steel dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator and garbage disposal. New central air conditioning and heating installed in January 2017. Owner is furnishing linens, towels, 2 bikes, tennis rackets, beach chairs, beach towels and small cooler. There are coin laundry facilities on site. Condo has a designated parking spot.
You can see pride of ownership in both the condo and association. The grounds are well maintained with lush flowering bushes. The amenities include a heated swimming pool, private fishing dock on the inter coastal and community outdoor grill area perfect for enjoying dinner outside.

There is a $135 application fee which includes a background check performed by the management company. Reservations will not be accepted until background check is complete.
