NO MORNING BACKACHE!
We had the privilege of being the first to rent your lovely villa! We enjoyed our stay here very much and feel badly that we can't return here next year. We loved your well equipped kitchen with all the great appliances. The king-sized bed was wonderful. We never once had a morning backache! Ron and Lori, it was a pleasure meeting you! Thank you!

GOLF CART - A NICE BENEFIT
Lori and Ron, thanks for everything. The villa worked perfectly for our transition to Village homeowners. Everything was wonderfully set up and had all that we needed. Golf cart and bikes a nice benefit! Would definitely recommend to our friends! Master bed and pillows - delightful!

Our "charming Patio Villa" features volume ceilings, front screened and enclosed Lanai for those who enjoy their morning coffee and saying "hello" to the walking neighbors.
Kitchen is all electric with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, smooth top range, dishes, pots & pans, all utensils, toaster and coffeemaker. There are extra linens & towels, full size washer/dryer, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, vacuum sweeper, hamper, hangers etc.
Master Bedroom is brand new king bedroom set, soft down pillows, self control 23" TV, walk-in closet, a large triple dresser and ceiling fan + a small writing desk. A private bath w/shower and vanity + medicine cabinet.
Separate guest bedroom, brand new queen bed, dresser and chest with large closet & ceiling fan next to guest bath w/ deep tub shower and bright solar light
Living room has flat screen 43" TV, DISH HD channels, + Netflix and high speed internet. Cozy seating area to relax w/ comfortable lounger, overhead fan and a rocking chair.
No pets or Smoking (Please) Keeping it a healthy clean vacation!!! We even provide Brita filtered water.
You will have a Yamaha gas GOLF CART with roadside service and a full tank with a fuel back-up supply and no worries about dead or charging batteries, hook-ups etc.
We live in The Villages. Upon your arrival, we offer a quick orientation and are always available for questions or any issues that may arise during your Vacation.
A short golf cart ride to Lake Sumter Village, live entertainment and dancing every evening from 5pm to 9pm. "Two for one" drinks start at 5:00pm. Starbucks or restaurants for every taste. The Villa is surrounded by golf courses and just minutes to 10 Executive Starter Shacks or 3 Country clubs. Jump in the golf cart and head over to the neighborhood mail box, swimming pool, or try bocce ball, shuffleboard and picnic lunch area. Nearby Coconut Cove Recreation Center features pickle ball courts, tennis courts, arts & crafts, activity rooms and, of course a wireless connection.
