CLEAN AND NEAT
Your place was clean and neat and all that we needed. I appreciated all the amenities, i.e. golf cart and attention to details provided....bikes, chairs, weights, TV, lovely Mstr Br, and kitchen amenities.

Yamaha golf cart + Wireless
All electric kitchen, smooth top range with oven, dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator with freezer, breakfast area, food pantry. Fully equipped with coffeemaker, dishes, all utensils, toaster, can opener, all dishes, pots and pans. Starter supply of paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, some condiments, trash bags. BRITA filtered water.
The Living room has a 40" TV, Blu-ray DVD player with DVDs, Dish HD channels, NETFLIX, and surround sound. Whole house wireless. Overhead fans, automatic temperature control, 6 ft sofa plus two Swivel/Rockers.
Cherry wood dining Room table w/4 padded chairs for comfortable dining and playing games. Writing desk fully equipped.
Master Bedroom King size bed with soft down pillows, Sony clock radio, TV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, private bath w/ double vanity sinks and walk-in shower. Hairdryer and curling iron.
2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed with cozy memory foam topper, side tables and lamps. Dual speed ceiling fan, guest full bathroom with tub/shower. Large closet with lots of hangers.
Extra linens and and towels included as well as iron, ironing board and vacuum sweeper.
Included is an upgraded air filtration for heat and AC.
Full size washer and dryer w/ storage cupboard with all cleaning supplies, some basic tools, light bulbs, batteries and Instruction Manuals to get you by.
Private backyard with BBQ grill and two chaise lounge chairs. A screened in Lanai with fan and Bistro set (morning coffee).
Included also are two 26" adult Cruiser bikes (his & hers) with the larger comfy seats and helmets.
Short golf cart ride to Lake Sumter Village entertainment and dancing every evening from 5pm to 9pm. Go early to get the 2 for 1 drinks starting at 5pm. Restaurants for every taste, Starbucks coffee. Our Villa is literally surrounded by golf courses just minutes from the Executive Starter Shacks or reasonable fees to play Cane Garden Country Club (18 holes) which is less than a mile from the Villa. Country Clubs do charge reduced rates. A short ride to the picturesque Tamarind Grove neighborhood huge swimming pool, more chaise loungers and tables. Bocce ball, horseshoes, shuffleboard and picnic area surrounded by old oak trees draped in Spanish moss. Very picturesque, must see!
