Our "charming patio villa features volume ceilings, front screened and enclosed Lanai for those who enjoy their morning coffee and saying "hello" to the walking neighbors. Three solar tubes add natural lighting to the eat-in kitchen and both bathrooms.
Kitchen is all electric with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, smooth top electric range/stove, dishes, pots & pans, all utensils, toaster and coffeemaker. A refillable Brita water system included. There are extra linens & towels, full size washer/dryer, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, vacuum sweeper, hamper, hangers etc.
Master Bedroom has a King size bed, soft down pillows, walk-in closet, a large triple dresser, ceiling fan with a private bathroom with shower/vanity and medicine cabinet.
Separate Guest Bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser and chest with large closet, ceiling fan and next to guest bath w/deep tub shower and bright solar light.
Living Room has a flat screen TV, Direct TV + NETFLIX and high speed internet. Cozy seating area to relax w/comfortable recliner, overhead fan and a rocking chair.
You will have a Yamaha gas GOLF CART with roadside service and a full tank with fuel back-up supply and no worries about dead or charging batteries, hook-ups, etc.
No pets or smoking (please). Keeping it a healthy clean vacation! We even provide Brita filtered water.
We live in The Villages. Upon your arrival, we offer a quick orientation and are always available for questions or any issues that may arise during your vacation.
Jump in your golf cart and head over to The Mulberry Grove Village Recreation Center which is close by and features a fitness club, an arts & crafts room and plenty of meeting rooms for clubs & activities. Outside the center, residents can enjoy the sports pool or play boccie, shuffleboard, pickle ball, horseshoes or basketball. Close to Spanish Springs with live entertainment and dancing every evening from 5pm to 9pm. "Two for One" drinks start at 5 p.m. The Nancy Lopez Legacy Country Club, a beautiful location where golfers can enjoy 27 holes of championship golf as well as first class dining. Close to shopping, pools, and neighborhood postal station.
