Great stay! Great location! Great little house!
Property was clean and centrally located. Quiet neighborhood. Short walk to cool restaurants, shops, and park. Had a problem with a doorknob, but it was fixed promptly. Jeff and Kim were both responsive and helpful.

Idlewild bungalow
My family and I stayed at the Idlewild bungalow and had a great time! Its a very nice home that we found to be much more enjoyable than a hotel. It was Just like coming home after a long days at the beach and other fun activities. Its a great place that is a 40 minute drive to St. Pete beach and Clearwater beach. Also 20 minutes from Tampa Premium Outlets and Tampa riverwalk. Jeff and Kim were great and very helpful. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in the Tampa area. We will definitely stay again in the future! Thanks again Jeff and Kim!

Charming, bright and cheerfully refinished bungalow in the heart of Tampa's most exciting area for restaurants and craft breweries. Walk to restaurants and shops! Centrally located to Raymond James Stadium, Busch Gardens, Ybor City, USF, University of Tampa, Amelia Arena, South Tampa - and walk to Lowry Park Zoo and the Hillsborough River.
Newly refinished hardwood floors, tons of natural light, luxury bedding and mattresses, soft and comfortable couches, unique artwork throughout, a tropical outdoor patio complete with BBQ grill, patio table and chairs. Cable TV and WiFi is included. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end (very sharp!) knives, cutting boards, a french press coffee maker, electric water kettle, coffee bean grinder, and the essentials (salt, pepper, garlic powder). A truly charming and comfortable home to visit for a short stay or an entire season. Small pets considered with additional deposits.
