This apartment is a TREASURED find!! It is spacious, inviting, clean, and well decorated. It is well equipped to meet all your needs. This property is truly a peaceful, private oasis in the city of Tampa. It is well located near many attractions. The hosts, Christie and Stuart are gentle, inviting people. They always have a smile for you and great to get to know. Their dog is a true sweetheart. We felt right at home during our entire stay. If you are looking at this property, don't let it pass you by! It's truly a jewel!!

The place is very lovely and clean. The hosts are very kind people and gave us many detailed suggestions and reminds. The location is around 10-15 mins to Tampa downtown so it's a good choice for downtown business travel like us.

Gorgeous house.
Gorgeous house. We had the upstairs loft, very cozy. Felt like we were visiting family in a rural setting. They were very open to times to check in and out. We were at Disney all day and came in rather late.

Enjoy your stay in Tampa in this centrally located apartment in the Seminole Heights neighborhood. Our guests are amazed when they arrive to find how spacious this apartment is. The perfect place to be your home away from home. Owners reside on-site. Located 5 mins from Bush Gardens and Lowery Park Zoo.15 mins from the finest medical centers - USF, Moffitt Cancer Center, James A Haley VA and Tampa General Hospital. 10 mins from sports and concert venues - The Forum, Raymond James Stadium, George
We can offer you the upstairs unit that provides a spacious screened porch perfect for listening to the many Songbirds. Each of the two bedrooms are appointed with queen size beds and roomy closets. The full bath has a tub/shower combination and there is also a very cute half bath. If you prefer to be your own chef the kitchen is loaded with all of the utensils to whip up a meal that can be served at either the kitchen table or on the screened porch. Don't want to cook - the Seminole Heights area is home to some of the best restaurants in the area. A washer/dry is provided in the unit. Since the owners live on the first floor they will be available to answer questions and provide assistance if necessary.
Guest access
There is a front and back entrance to the apartment, however we request that you respect the owners privacy when using the back entrance as it is adjacent to their private outdoor space.
Interaction with guests
Since we live on-site we will usually be available for questions.
The neighborhood
Developed in the 1920's as a working man's neighborhood, the residents today enjoy mature trees, large lots, open front porches and a wonderful sense of community. The many parks along the Hillsborough River provide a relaxing location to watch the many wildlife that call this area home - permanent or temporary.
