Minimum Stay“Very Nice and Spacious Condo Close to Beach”
Stayed here over the Thanksgiving weekend and the price was a great deal for the size of the condo. We fit great with two small families together. Very nice home and cozy. The only thing was that the wifi stop working and was just extremely slow when it worked the first night. The upstairs bedrooms and stairwells carpet could use some deep cleaning with a toddler on the floor it was very noticeable it needed some. Also the tv signals were very low quality. Other than that it was a great stay. The guy manger that helped us in was very nice and polite. (Sorry couldn't remember your name) Also spoke with Yvonne and Chris and we're very accommodating to our questions and concerns before the stay. Would recommend this condo too friends and family. Hope to stay next year same time!!

“Great vacation rental”
I rented this property from the August 27th-September 6 for me and my two adult daughters vacation. This vacation spot was perfect, enjoyed the private beach and the 2 restaurants in the community. It was about a ten minute drive out to the town to go to Walmart, grocery shopping, Burger King or any ther shopping needs. The rental itself was very clean and fully stocked of household supplies and needs. Management was very friendly. I'm hoping to rent there again for vacation next year.

“Nice house in a nice resort community”
House was great with 2 Bedrooms and a full bath upstairs and living area and 1/2 bath downstairs. Kitchen was newly renovated and bathrooms were very nice. Loved the location of our house walking distance to both pools, the beach and both restaurants. Walking between the on-site suites hotel and the marina was pleasant everyday. Could use new living room furniture but wasn't too bad. Sitting on the deck felt like the tropics and we saw lots of frogs, fish and birds and the occasional manatee. All and all a very pleasant month.

“Wonderful place”
We rented this condo for the memorial day weekend. We were looking for a place that was close to relatives in Tampa (about 20 minutes away) and affordable. This condo was about half the price of renting 2 rooms at a nice hotel in Tampa. We really enjoyed the spacious balconies. The balcony off of the living room has a view of a coastal way and the master has a view of the bay. We visited the pool everyday and went to the beach for jet ski riding. The grounds are perfectly groomed and the piers were fun to walk and look at the boats. One restaurant (Hooks) is excellent, the other not so much. If going to look for a real good meal visit Circles in Apollo Beach just 10 minutes away. A couple small things were there was no toilet paper and it could have been cleaned a little better (but I am a clean freak...). Bill, the manager, is very nice and very easy to get hold of if needed. He even is mailing us a forgotten item. Thank you so much, we will be back next year!
