Minimum Stay“Nice locations, great amenities”
Mu family and I recently stayed here May 5-8. It comfortably slept 10 of us. The owners were very nice and accommodating given this trip was planned last minute. Little Harbor has two pretty decent restaurants. The discount card was great to have. The beach was nice as well. Bill, the property manager was awesome. The only thing I didn't care for was that some of the outlets in the kitchen didn't work, and paying the electric bill at the end of our stay. Other than that, it was a great time!

“Family Wedding - made into vacation”
Great Condo - lots of space - privacy for various family members. Balconies off all bedrooms and great room.

“Very happy”
We stayed at the little harbour town houses on Bahia beach in Ruskin. There were 3 families and the house was beautiful and clean! Each room had its own balcony and was very accommidating for the 2 young kids. The pools were heated and not busy at all. Most people just layed on the chairs so they were sparse but we were usually the only ones in the pool. Which was great! The water at the beach was cold and the sand was Shelly not smooth but still very nice! We would definitely return. The only downfall was the 2 flights of stairs in the house but we're young so it was good exercise, and that there was nothing close by like a Walmart or chain restaurants but there was grocery stores so we made due with those ( for diapers and formula) but we would highly recommend this place for families with small children and everyone inbetween!

“SUPERB”
I arrived late evening and Mary immediately returned my phone call and provided me with the necessary information to gain entry. The unit was clean, neat and welcoming. The views in every room were spectacular. My family and I were able to see the fireworks display right from the livingroom. The beach, restaurant, gym and pool were all in walking distance. This place is a fisherman's paradise. Mary and her staff were professional and extremely helpful. I will definitely be booking again. Mary thank you again for your professionalism!
