This newly renovated manufactured holiday home sits on six acres of shade trees and landscaped gardens between Tallahassee and Monticello. You can enjoy your morning coffee under the covered patio at the goldfish pond. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain--full sized stove and refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, George Foreman grill, blender, mixer, cookware and baking pans. And Publix is only ten minutes away. Or skip the cooking and enjoy our fine restaurants.
Special features include wheel chair accessibility, wireless Internet, TV, VCR/DVD player and a mini pool table. For the kiddies, there's a toy closet inside and a swing garden outside. Lots of board games are in the entertainment center.
The three bedrooms include one queen bed and two doubles and comfortably sleep six. The living room is large enough to accommodate air mattresses if guests wish to bring their own. The master bath has double sinks, a bath tub and shower stall. The second bath has combination bath/shower. The third is a powder room with sink and toilet only. You can travel light because I furnish hair dryer, ironing board, iron and even freshly laundered robes.
