Had everything we needed just like at home. Beautiful lake, nice swimming pool, wonderful sun porch and more, when coming back to the area will be first place we check for availability. Linda and Squire were great to communicate with. God bless them and may we get to rent again from them.

GREAT!
We really enjoyed our stay. Most of all, the sunset overlooking the lake from the lanai. Gorgeous. Golf cart to the community pool, out to eat, grocery store, or wherever. Really nice. Great price. Don't consider a hote.

A Touch of Paradise!
This home is situated on what must be one of the most beautiful locations in Sun City Center, FL. There is a breathtaking view, right off the lanai and swimming pool area. It is so relaxing and peaceful.The home is very comfortable and is well supplied. Our group consisted of four adults and our puppies and there was more than enough room for us to have both together time and time to ourselves. Squire and Linda provided us with wifi, cable TVs, a private pool, kayaks, passes to the Sun City Center Activity Centers and our very own golf cart to use while we were there. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a laundry room too. Linda and Squire were delightful to talk with and were very helpful, attending to all of our needs. Sun City Center offers a large variety of activities.This location is a wonderful place to either kick back and do nothing or to get involved in a variety of fun activities. We look forward to our next visit!

The spacious, fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining room and Florida Room making for a great party house. The house is adjacent to the boat ramp for North Lake and has water on two sides.
The pool is off the dining room or lanai and offers great views of the sunsets. The master bedroom is on the pool side and is equipped with a king sized tempurpedic bed and has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be placed together. The Living Room has terrazzo floors and a sofa and love seat and television. The Florida Room has a sofa that makes into a comfortable queen size bed, a TV and another eating area. The dining room seats 6 comfortably. The house boasts a pool under a birdcage on the Lake side. Wi-fii. There is a garage and an outdoor patio facing the North Lake. There is also a boat dock. Rental includes use of the beautiful amenities of Sun City Center, including three heated pools, a large gym, a theater, lawn bowling, pickle ball, softball, 2 dog parks, a community center, bridge, computer room, photography room, and dance clubs and much much more. The wide streets are safe for bicycling and there are also golf courses and restaurants. Sun city is a golf cart friendly community. There are active clubs for kayaking, hiking, biking, and running. Private golf cart rental is available, bicycles and kayaks at no charge!
