This home has been completely remodeled with an updated kitchen and decor.
This historic cottage has been lovingly restored to be a fabulous vacation rental. Vaulted master bedroom ceiling, high end beds, heated pool, hot tub, ocean view, screened in porch, amazing sunsets, great location, tropical landscape and attention to detail make this vacation rental experience a cut above the others.
This home is located on Little Torch Key, within walking distance to Kiki's Sand Bar & Grill. Its a great little beach bar with cornhole and picnic tables. Bahia Honda State Park with beach access is near by. Only 30 minutes to Key West to enjoy the nightlife, Malory Square sunset festival, Historic Museums and all the Key West Offers. The area is great for kayaking and bike riding.
If you are interested in fishing Charters, Capt. Mike Weinhofer of The Compass Rose is recommended. He has been in business for 26 years in The Keys and he will provide a great service.

The Florida Keys are a string of tropical islands stretching about 120 miles off the southern tip of the U.S. state of Florida, between the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico. They’re known as a destination for fishing, boating, snorkeling and scuba diving. The southernmost city of Key West is famous for Duval Street’s many bars, Mallory Square’s nightly Sunset Celebration and the Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum.
SMOKING: This is a non-smoking house. Smoking is NOT permitted inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside the house. Please do not discard cigarette butts on the porch, grounds, dock or in the water.
NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS: The total number of persons allowed residence in the home at any one time is restricted to the number printed on page 1 of this Agreement. Charges will be incurred for additional people. No more than 2 persons per bed. No more than 2 cars without approval. No more than one boat and one boat trailer without approval. Occupied RV’s/Motor homes are not permitted.
PETS: No pets are allowed unless specific arrangements are made and nonrefundable pet fees are paid in advance. Certain pets are NOT allowed; your size and type of pet must be stated on your confirmation before entering the premises. No dogs allowed in pool. You must clean up after your pet.
POOL HEAT: Pool heat is kept at 86 degrees. If you want it warmer you can make arrangements and there will be an additional charge. If it is below 65 degrees the pool heater will not work.
QUIET HOURS: Noise which is audible beyond the boundaries of this residential unit shall be prohibited between the hours of 10:00 pm & 8:00 am weekdays and 11:00 pm & 9:00 am weekends.
