Minimum StayPerfect vacation condo, perfect location!
Our family of 3 stayed in this condo and we enjoyed every minute! There were plenty of kitchen amenities to make any meal and a screened in porch to enjoy them while overlooking a beautiful pond on the golf course. We used the on-site swimming pool regularly and ate at the tiki bar at the Marriott. Beach access is about 2 minutes by car and downtown Stuart is only 10 minutes. It really is the perfect location!! Our family highly recommends this quaint, clean and cozy condo!

Wonderful Condo!
This condo is just what we were hoping it would be. It was clean, comfortable, and we had a wonder stay. Loved the screened porch to eat and enjoy morning coffee. It overlooked water, wildlife, and the golf course. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The whole area was great. We totally enjoyed the two pools and the easy access to the beach and the ocean. Tess was very helpful and easy to work with. We definitely want to come back.

Loved this condo!
What a wonderful time we had over the holidays in this perfect condo, in this perfect place: Inlet Village, (part of famed Indian River Plantation), between the ocean and the 18 hole golf course. The beautiful private ocean beach is only a 5 or10 minute walk away where we often swam in an another pool, and ate lunch at the tiki bar. The living room is attractive and comfortable and has a very handy pullout sofa. It opens out onto a screened patio where we breakfasted each morning while watching a pair of roseated spoonbills, pecking along the edge of the pond. We loved the well equipped little kitchen and the beautiful blue and white bedroom with a king sized bed overlooking that same view. The extra half bathroom and closed laundry area were added conveniences. Our building even had its own large and heated private pool. What more could one want! We're already looking forward to another winter getaway in this sunny warm condo by the sea.

Bedroom has king size bed / washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, livingroom has pullout sofa for guests. All towels, beach chairs and bedding included, WiFi connection, cable w/ movie channels, electricity included.
All resort amenities available: 5 heated pools, hot tub, 18 hole golf course, tennis, tiki bar/pool by the beach, wonderful fishing and boating, 4 star restaurant at the IRP Marriott.
Conveniently located on the ground floor looking out over the pond where all sorts of nesting wildlife can be seen.
Walk (5-10 min. walk) or ride trolley to the private uncrowded beach. Publix grocery store nearby and Florida Oceanographic Society (nature tours, aquariums and touchtanks), 10 min drive into Stuart, 40 miles from Palm Beach Airport.
