My wife and I decided last minute to make a trip to the Gulf, researching all sites for accommodations last minute for first week of April was frustrating to say the least. Thankfully we hooked up with Gertrude (owner) she not only accommodated us with our dates but made this a simple process. As all the reviews mention, the views from any unit in this complex are amazing (yes we saw the Dolphins from our balcony most days too). The condo has a beautiful swimming pool, hot tub, fishing/boat pier all over looking the Bay. Plenty of free parking as well as elevators. The secure DSL Internet connection was a big bonus for us. Unit was immaculately clean and the owner has tiled the balcony as well as the condo floors no carpet. On the balcony we had outstanding sunset views. Each day we made the easy 10 minute drive to the Beaches then hurried back for the great sunsets off our balcony. The Condo is right across the road from a 40 mile Biking trail which was great for a workout each morning. Awesome place great owner, we will definitely stay here again.

Amazing!
My wife and I were looking for a small condo that was near to everything, but somewhere nice to relax in the evenings. We chose condo 217.Gertrude (owner) was so kind and easy to deal with. Imagine our joy when we arrived, opened a drink and say on the balcony, wondering at the beautiful view, when within 30 minutes and 30 yards we had dolphins playing a manatee surfacing!

Fantastic Stay in Condo Unit 112
Upon arrival we were ecstatic about the view. The unit had everything needed from towels, dishes, cookware, coffee maker, microwave, silverware, blender, toaster, paper towels, coffee filters, dish towel, dishwasher and even wine glasses with corkscrew. Everything we needed was already in condo Unit 112. The bed was comfortable with new linens. Internet was fast and secure. Cable TV was on both TVs in the living area and bedroom. Free local calls. My wife and I stayed five days for one of the best getaways ever. The largest Walmart ever built is about a mile away along with many restaurants such as IHOP, Steak and Shake, Outback and others. Publix, ALDI's, and WinnDixie Supermarkets are close to the unit. While the view from the balcony is great you can stay in this unit and see everything with the almost floor to glass ceiling. Unit 112 does allow some small dogs as we obtained approval for a Bichon. Unit 112 has a washer and dryer. We were very pleased with the cooperation and help of Gertrude who also emailed us information on local events such as a street fair. Unit 112 has keyless entry. The complex has pool, hot tub, free parking, fishing pier and provides gas grills for BBQ cooking. We will return and recommend this particular unit. Thanks to Gertrude who made this stay great!

Outstanding Vacation Condo
Wow! The view from this condo is beyond description. Whether on the balcony or viewing from inside the living area though the almost floor to ceiling glass doors the waterfront bay view is outstanding! I watched dolphins playing in the bay each morning. The condo offers everything needed for a vacation. Unit 112 has cookware, glasses, silverware, coffee maker, paper towels, bath towels, microwave, blender, soap and even wine glasses with a cork screw to open the bottles. I could list more but if anything was missing, which it is not, the largest Walmart ever built in about a mile away. Close by are Publix, Walmart and WinnDixie grocery stores. Nearby dinning includes IHOP, Steak & Shake, Outback, Village Inn, Starbucks and many others. A nearby gas station/convenience store, WaWa, was selling unleaded gas for $2.05 per gallon and had great fresh coffee. This condo has a swimming pool, hot tub, fishing/boat pier and use of gas grills for a BBQ if you are so inclined. Plenty of free parking with a unloading/loading area near the elevators. Inside the condo you have free local telephone calls, a secure DSL Internet connection and cable TV. TVs are located in the living area and in the bedroom. Note the owner has tiled the balcony as well as the condo floors. We dined on the balcony with outstanding sunset views. Gertrude made the reservation process easy and the keyless entry system to the condo was a plus. By the way Gertrude even sent us an email during our stay to let us know about a free nearby "street fair and public market." It is one thing to rent a nice condo but quite another thing to have the person you rent from take a "personal interest" in making sure all your questions are answered. A big "Thank You" to Gertrude for making our stay very relaxing and worry free. By the way the War Veterans Park is less than a mile away and offers a boat ramp, picnic areas, public restrooms as well as many great fishing spots. The Bay Pines VA Hospital is about a mile away and this condo is great for a disabled person. We are already planning a return trip with family members since Gertrude said she has a two bedroom unit in addition to this one. Condo unit 112 is great! If you are looking for relaxation my wife and I recommend this condo!

1 bedroom bayside condo DIRECTLY overlooking beautiful Boca Ceiga Bay. Waterfront 1br/1ba and 2br/2ba fully furnished units both with their own private waterfront balconies, overlooking the bay and the romantic gold coast sunsets. Heated swimming in the winter and Jacuzzi. Cozy, comfortable and tropical style
Dolphins are spotted in the bay while you are swimming in the pool or soaking in the hot tub. Shore birds are viewed daily and Bottle Nose Dolphins and manatee's can be seen.
Snook, Redfish and Sea Trout frequent the grass flats just a short walk off the beach for wade fishing, or bring your boat, excellent launch ramps are nearby.
This unit include upgraded granite kitchen and bathroom counter tops, bar stools, king size bed, sofa that can be pulled out to sleep two. Everything you will need for entertainment. You just need to bring your swimsuit.
Restaurants are nearby - Outback Steakhouse, Cody's, Steak & Shake are just a few. Or you can stop at nearby supermarket to pick up something to throw on the grill on the common area on your way back from the beach. Lots of activities nearby. Quick access to Pinellas Walking Trail, John's Pass and the BEACHES are within minutes from the condo or by boat. The closest beach is Madeira Beach - 2.7 miles by car.
Give yourself a desirable vacation. Come and watch the sunsets.
