The two story townhouse is set up as such: Ground floor – Living Room with Sleeper Sofa, fireplace, large flat screen TV, DVD and sliding glass doors that open onto a furnished gulf front balcony; Dining Area, Kitchen and ½ Bath. Second Floor – Bedroom 1-gulf front master bedroom with a king bed, TV, DVD, full bath and an entrance onto one of the furnished gulf front balconies; full bath, Bedroom 2-queen bed; and Bedroom 3-a kid’s bedroom with 2 bunk sets.
