Beautiful, peaceful location with gorgeous sunrises; 15 min. from beach or historic district; quiet neighborhood with easy access to Rt. 1; nicely furnished; modern appliances; owners very helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better place for charm and location!!

Great!!!!! The best I have had in years!!
Very nice clean place. Great view, with a nice balcony. Very comfortable. Two balcony doors that opened up to the living space, made you feel as if your where outside never cramped feeling. People around us were very nice, quite, polite. Very kept up and clean pool area. We would definitely stay here again!!! Owners were very responsive thru the before vacation and the journey thru vacation. Thanks very much!!!

New appliances, lighting, ceiling fans, bathroom vanities, tile and furnishings. Centrally located for easy access to three pools on the property, one heated. Tennis courts, and a great dock for fishing and just viewing of boats and wildlife in the area. The unit feels as if you are in the woods on the edge of the water, old growth trees, with a great deal of wildlife to watch, a very quiet setting. Close to an outstanding beach and equally close to History in St. Augustine, our countries oldest continually occupied city. Attractions and fantastic restaurants are part of what make our City so outstanding.
