The condo, #205 was beautiful.
We could not have asked for anything more. Everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation was provided. The owners, John and Tammy, were very responsive to any questions and promptly responded to any issues. The condo is beautiful and faces the ocean with easy access. It is very comfortably furnished and suited our family of four most perfectly. We would highly recommend this condo.

Our Best Rental Beach Condo Experience Ever!
This condo was outstanding... Simply amazing, direct beach/ocean views! It was immaculately clean- you could eat off the floors! It has a large fully functioning and well equipped kitchen. Very nice floor plan/layout with beautiful private balcony looking directly over the sand dunes at the beach. A light and airy beach themed décor, provides a very restful and relaxing atmosphere. The owners were easily reachable by phone and very accommodating. This is simply a top-notch, select get-a-way choice! We highly recommend this rental to anyone. You will NOT be disappointed!!! Place you would love to call home.
I enjoyed everything about my stay at the Sand Dollar II, Ocean Front Flat. It had everything you would need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, i.e. Keurig, microwave, toaster oven, etc. and all of the pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses, cups, etc., towels, wash cloths, paper towels, detergent, dryer sheets, soap, etc. There is an elevator and there are ramps to assist those of us who may have the need. The beds were comfortable as was the furniture and furnishings. The decorations were beautiful. The balcony with table and chairs was very comfortable and perfect size. Upon our arrival there was a bowl full of snacks, playing cards and games for our enjoyment as well as a bottle of wine and drinks in the refrigerator for our enjoyment. The unit sits right on the ocean and has easy access. The pool is also close to the unit. The surroundings are very quiet and would be fit for any age group. It was not far to the City of St. Augustine with all of the historical sites to visit. Many, many very good restaurants are also closeby. I would definitely return and would recommend this unit to all of my family and friends.

The perfect family vacation spot with marvelous oceanfront view of beautiful Crescent Beach. The freshly painted and updated furnishes at the Sand Dollar II, unit 205 is located on the 2nd floor with elevator, pool, direct access to the beach and only minutes away from multiple dining choices in St. Augustine, all the historical and sightseeing attractions with one of the best view on the beach. The perfect place to relax and enjoy your time away.
The view welcomes you the moment the front door is opened with a direct ocean view through spacious ceiling to floor windows. The view draws you down the hallway which opens -up into the kitchen, dining room and living area with new furnishes. The whole area can be used for enjoying family or a romantic evening with a 55” flat screen TV.
Slip through the sliding glass door from the living room onto the balcony to enjoy the sunrise with that first cup of freshly brewed coffee in the deck chairs while catching a glimpse of dolphins, if you are lucky.
You may find your favorite room is the master suite but I will leave that up to you. The suite is furnished with a brand new luxurious king-size bed, en-suite bath with shower and tub, 55” flat screen TV, spectacular ocean views where you can walk out onto the private balcony.
The condo has two other spacious bedrooms and a second full bathroom convenient to both. One bedroom offers brand new queen size bed, 55” flat screen TV with view of the Intracoastal Waterway which is perfect to enjoy the sunset with a quick step out of the front door. The other bedroom has two twin beds and a 32” flat screen TV, just perfect for the kids.
For your convenience upon arrival, you will find all the lines, blankets, pillows and towel sets needed for every bed and bath. We have a full- sized laundry room with a washer and dryer you are welcome to use, so freshen up those swimsuits and beach towels. Two beach chairs also in the laundry room are offered for a relaxing day on the beach.
At the Sand Dollar II complex the following amenities are provided, covered parking, an oceanfront pool for lounging and sunbathing with tables and umbrellas. Enjoy relaxing with a good book in the shade or soaking up the sunshine. You have lighted tennis court bordering the marshes for a quick game. The best of all, a private walkway leads you down to the beautiful white sand beaches of Crescent Beach. You will soon find out this is the reason you vacation at the Sand Dollar II, unit 205. So, make your reservation now for the best place on the beach.
