Great stay
Property exactly as described. We had two families, five kids and plenty of room to sleep. House was clean and Donna is very responsive on any need you may have. Would gladly stay here again next time we stay in the area. Easy walk to beach. Great location. Would recommend to anyone.

The absolute best home away from home!
Everything said about this listing is the absolute truth! Every level was clean and decorated impeccable! The top gathering room was the go to room--right off the kitchen ---just like having Bed, Bath & Beyond right at your fingertips being so well stocked. Gorgeous beach, lots of activities, and relaxing around the pool and hot tub! I would highly recommend Donna and this home for the best vacation ever!

TOTALLY INSANE!!!!
Phenomenal!!! Fantastic!!!! Incredible!!!!! Wow what a place!!!! I fell in love immediately. Relaxing doesn't even begin to describe it. I shouldn't be saying this as I don't want someone to grab it up when want to go back in 2017. Haha!! Donna was so accommodating and nice. Rarely do you see that. It makes you WANT to take extra special care of HER house. I see nit picky comments and can't believe it. You can eat off of the floors!!! Having 3 dogs is touchy and finding a place is hard. Getting this beautiful home was a goldmine. We took special care to make sure not one hair was left behind. That's what people should do as a thank you! Friends of mine just rented... Not even a packet of ketchup in their place! This home has EVERYTHING!! For the price, the view and the awesome owner, this place IS THE BOMB!!! For those who want more then what this home offers, And choose to complain, I suggest you stay home or prepare yourself to spend about $1000 a night. We couldn't find fault with this home if we tried. And the master bedroom?!?!? If I could've taken that room home with me, I would have!!!! THE BEST VACATION WE HAVE EVER TAKEN!!!!!!

Large home @ 3,000 sq. ft. only steps to beach and intracoastal waterway. This home sits on the narrow part of the Island so you have the best of both worlds. Just a 2-3 minute walk to the beach or 2 minute walk to the river with no streets to cross. kayaks (included with home) or bring your boat because a few hundred feet away is the boat ramp to launch the kayaks or your boat. Plenty of parking at home for your boat. Wake up to the sunrise or relax on the upper deck gazing into the beautiful sunset and views of the Matanzas River.There is a 2 car garage. Beach chairs, umbrella, floats, and beach toys and a corn hole game stored in the garage. Lower level has private room. Efficiency or 4th bedroom. This has a 2nd kitchen area with refrigerator, convection oven, coffee maker, etc. Bathroom with tiled walk in shower. Very convenient when at the pool. Also, just inside.. luxury beach towels, bistro table and chairs and a full size bed and also a twin trundle bed (2 twins)TV/DVD also.Up the stairs to the 2nd level you will find the most awsome king size bamboo canopy bed in the master bedroom. Private bathrm. and french doors to deck to pool. 2nd bedroom with comfortable queen bed with french doors to deck to pool, and the 3rd bedrm. also with queen bed. All bedrooms have LED or LCD TV/DVD with cable channels. The 3rd bathroom on this floor for 2nd and 3rd bedroom guests. Full size washer and dryer in the utility room. Up the stairs to the top floor. When you walk into to this room you will say wow! This is one huge room with completely stocked kitchen, living room, dining area, 4th bathroom, and two sets of french doors to the deck to the pool. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and more. Quality appliances and very well stocked with plenty of kitchenware. New kitchen cabinets with granite counter tops installed May 2015 and looks beautiful with bright colored walls. Living rm. has a full sleeper and a futon. Extra bedding supplied. Sectional can be a full bed when pushing the large ottoman next to it . Windows surround this room with two inch blinds. Great room for entertaining. Has two 4 top tables and 4 colorful bar stools. Two custom made picnic tables on the top deck along with a Weber propane grill. Views of the waterway.
Down the decks to the pool you will find a large beautiful heated pool with inground hot tub. Concrete table and benches with umbrella stored in the garage. Also a PVC rectangle table with PVC sling back chairs. PVC lounges for pool side relaxing and to get your Florida tan. You will really enjoy this home and have a great time.
Supplied with every guest... laundry soap, dryer sheets, boxed soap, liquid hand soap, new sponge, sos pads, dish soap, dishwasher finish, large and small garbage bags, 8 rolls of toliet tissue, and 2 rolls of Bounty paper towels. Plenty of bath, hand, wash, beach, and kitchen towels. I take great pride in taking care of my homes and making them comfortable for my guests, so you will have the most wonderful vacation ever!
