This is my favorite place to go. You have it all here. Walk into this light and bright home with beautiful paintings, comfortable sleeper sofa, comfortable beds, hot tub and heated pool. You will feel the good energy surround you while you are here at this home! Bring your boat or use the kayak and cruise down the intercoastal waterway to the oldest city in the country. You may just want to relax and watch your favorite TV/DVD show on the 47' LCD TV. Floors are ceramic tile and carpet in the master bedroom. Master has a 32' LCD TV/DVD. The large master bedroom has a king size bed and a twin. You will love the large walk in closet. Master bedroom has a private full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is very colorful with beachy decor and has a queen bed and a twin. This bedroom has a 26' LCD TV/DVD. Just look at my pictures and you will see how comfortable and cheerful this home is. Another bathroom next to the 2nd bedroom. The fully stocked kitchen has all the appliances you will need and very accommodating. All new remodeled kitchen with beautiful quartz countertops installed-Nov. 2015. You will enjoy the view of the waterway while relaxing in the large hot tub.
Bring your boat if you wish and dock it on the 10x20 floating dock. There are two boat ramps within a mile. There is one kayak ready for you with paddles and life jackets and another brought at your request. Maybe a ride to the beach on the beach bikes sounds better. More bikes delivered at your request for no charge. Just don't want to keep them here for only two guests staying. Just have fun and do it all! Ride the bikes or walk to the beach which is just a few minutes away. This area has special designated beach access walkway or choose the Crescent Beach Park where there is a drive on beach access, oceanfront restaurant, showers.. Also, a large parking area if you choose not to drive on the beach. 4x4 advised. I have included a map and a booklet with favorite places and restaurants for you.
Heated inground pool looks beautiful! I designed the first step to be very large and about one foot deep to use as a kiddie pool or area to sunbathe. The deck around the pool is huge. Weber Grill and outdoor PVC patio table and chairs for your outdoor BBQ's is great rain or shine.
A large patio with an 32' LED TV outside in a waterproof custom made box. White vinyl privacy fence and large palm trees to give you that tropical feeling.

You have the best of both worlds. The intercoastal waterway to go boating or kayaking and the beach access to enjoy the ocean waves, sunbathing, swimming, and the view. The Historic District is only about 10 minutes north of here.
Restaurants and shopping is close by. My favorite beach is about 1/2 mile south of my home. You will find The South Beach Grill Restaurant/Lounge overlooking the ocean, plenty of parking, pavillions, and rest rooms. If you decide to go boating or kayaking I ride south to the Matanzas Bridge. It is a great place to park your boat/kayak and enjoy floating in the calm waters on a raft and sunbath.
