Perfect location for everything we wanted to do. The residents were all friendly, the pool was very enjoyable, and we went to the beach and St. Augustine several times. Everything was within a 10 to 15 minute drive. The owner was very attentive and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything.

Beautiful, Relaxing, Wonderful Home!
Enjoyed a full week stay during Christmas. The location is wonderful, we toured St. Augustine, Jacksonville and beaches from Crestview up. The hosts were so welcoming and made sure we knew what was around the area. They also made a wonderful restaurant recommendation close to the property. During the holidays, there is so much stress and activities, this place was claim and stress free. The view and sounds from the screen in porch made everything morning and sunset wonderful. We had the best time and would recommend this place to anyone looking.

Lovely condo on the intercoastal
Loved staying at this condo. It is located on the intercoastal with great morning views watching the boats go by. There is a screened in patio setup with a couple seating areas that are really enjoyable. Very clean and well-maintained. The host was gracious and responsive. There was a cable issue and after emailing the host, she had it working within an hour. I especially liked the fruit basket, wine, and coffee provided by the host upon my arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo in st. augustine fl we were visiting family that lives in jacksonvile that was 45 minute drive from the condo. we had a wonderful 4th of july weekend there we had a blast at the pool . we spent a whole day at saint augustine beach our condo was a nice place to unwind after a long day thanks roxanne and peter

Great hideaway for relaxation and tranquility
The owners put us immediately at ease with their quick response and informational phone conversation. This is an upstairs unit in the condo complex that offers a heated pool, tennis courts, private dock for fishing and tons of sidewalks for walking in the area. The unit is clean and very well maintained. The condo is cute, comfortable and decorated with the FL ocean accents. An enclosed porch offers breathtaking views of the intercostal marshlands. Sunrise views bring a birding paradise to you as you sip your morning coffee on the porch. The unit offers everything you need for your stay. Kitchen is well equipped for those morning or afternoon coffee/tea or wine moments as you embrace the day. A laundry make it easier to pack less. The porch is great for reading or just relaxing and watching the tide and boats move along the intercostal. The complex is very quiet. The owners checked on us during the week to make sure we were satisfied and didn't have any questions. The owner has compiled a book of ST Augustine with dining suggestions - all of them are great places to eat depending on your likes. In addition, St Augustine "ole town" is only about 10-15 minutes away. Shopping for anything is only a few minutes away as well. If you want to go to the ocean, it is about 15 minutes away to a beautiful beach. Nothing is far from this unit. We loved this condo and had a wonderful time in ST Augustine. We will be back!

All we had hoped for and more
The condo is extremely well equipped with great views of the Matanzas River and its marshland. An ideal place to chill out as very quiet both day and night.Access to downtown beautiful St Augustine is a matter of a 15 minute drive and all day parking in the tourist parking building is $12 a day or longer (up to a week) provided you leave the car there.Food shopping (Publix) is about 10 minutes away but a new Publix is currently under construction much close still.Roxanne and Peter were perfect hosts and we hope to return this time next year.

Awesome !
First of all, we received a warm welcome from the charming owners. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, well located and very quiet with overlooking intercostal view. We have enjoyed beautiful spectacle of sunrises ! the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. We have no hesitation in recommending this property.
