Beyond expectations!
ictures often paint a better picture of what you find, but not in this case! The house was spotless and the patio was beyond words. Some days it was hard to decide--hang out on the patio or go the short walk to the beach. We found everything we needed to make our stay homey, and then some. We decided to make this an annual trip.

Wonderful home, great location.
Our 3 generation, family of 5 really enjoyed our Easter week at Mimi's. Mimi was very helpful throughout the reservation process, kept us informed timely and answered many questions. The house is very nicely decorated and private backyard was lovely. Great location, easy walk to beach. St. Augustine tours within a 15 min. ride. Anastashia state park was alot of fun within 3 min ride. Food stores within 3 min. Would recommend and stay again. Thanks, Mim

Why stay in a hotel or condo and hear your noisy neighbors when you can have your own house with a beautiful fenced in private paved patio with a private entrance from the house. Drink coffee in your pajamas, take a shower 'au naturelle' in the outdoor hot/cold shower. The beach is one block away and a short walk even for those who don't like to walk! Surrounded by luxury hotels, this part of the beach on 9th street does not allow driving so it is safe and serene. If you would like to drive on the beach it is just a few blocks away on A street. This cute beach cottage is walking distance to all the fun restaurants and shops at the beach including Cafe 11, Sunset Grille, Panama Hatties, Mango Mango's and more. A short drive to historic downtown St. Augustine or the Alligator Farm, even Marineland. There is plenty to do in St. Augustine.
Decor: The house has been fully refurbished with all new appliances and furnishings. New quartz countertops make the kitchen perfect for entertaining. An ice maker and microwave were added as well as new bamboo floors in the bedrooms and a new washer and dryer and a wood burning outdoor fireplace. This adorable beach cottage has everything you need for a fabulous stay at the beach including beach towels and chairs, a great Bose sound system inside and out, a comfortable pull out couch, flat Panel TV's in living room and bedrooms and a lovely beach decor.
This home is sef catering so it will be clean when you arrive and cleaned when you depart. There will be two trash bags and a roll of Toilet paper in each bathroom but you will need to bring more with you depending on the length of your stay. Also consider bringing, laundry detergent, paper towels and paper plates, etc...
