Exactly as advertised
We were a group 10 guys who were in town for my brother's bachelor party. The house was exactly as advertised - close proximity to historical sites, downtown bars and restaurants, and in a beautiful neighborhood. The bathroom setup is somewhat quirky but not detrimental and the bedrooms, in addition to fold out couches, easily slept us all comfortably. The dock is the true all star of the property. Patricia was helpful but not overly involved (which is appreciated). I recommend this property to anyone looking for an affordable option near downtown (not the beach).

Finally Relaxed !!

A Repeatable Place!!
Such a beautiful property at the perfect location for convenience and quiet.The waterfront sites are bold with boating and wildlife. The St. Augustine Schooner and other large sailing boats could be seen in the distance. Arise early and see a beautiful sunrise! It is a place where we have stayed more than once and would certainly stay again. Big kudos to Patricia for our visits as she was very helpful and made the process easy.

Located directly on Mantanzas Bay, this rustic waterfront home features views from the bay, to the Intercoastal Waterway across to the Atlantic Ocean. Magnificent sunrises and relaxing evening views are visible from the private deck and dock, screened lanai and master bedroom patio.
The Captain's Lounge features a wet bar and 55 inch TV, comfortable seating and gas fireplace. Casual meals or fine dining are easy with the updated gourmet kitchen. The Captain's Table can accommodate up to 10. The round table in the Lounge can seat up to 8. The spacious screened lanai is great for outdoor entertaining.
The Master Bedroom has 2 Queen Beds, 2nd BR has 2 twin beds(extra long) 3rd BR has a Queen bed 4th bedroom Queen pull out sofa. There are 2 and a half baths.
Best of all you can enjoy historic St Augustine without ever worrying about a place to park! Walk to the Castillo de San Marcos, Mission Nombre de Dios, San Marcos Antique District, Visitor Information Center and the St George Street shops and attractions. Great dining, pubs, even community theater is all nearby. Just a short drive to beautiful beaches, Anastasia State Park, The Alligator Farm and so many more natural Florida attractions. Enjoy shopping at the nearby outlet malls, flea market, and several farmer's markets. Great golf courses await your foursome. Less than 2 hours from the Space Center or Orlando attractions. Or just throw a line out from your private dock. No other vacation property in St Augustine offers so much.
