Cottage 2 is a two story home with 2 Queen bedrooms down and a huge open Greatroom/Dining/Kitchen space above with oceanfront balcony and specatcular ocean views. Everything is NEW and Top Quality. Heart of Pine Floors up and wonderful soft Marble down. Each bedroom has a private bath. Extra Leather Sleeper sofa and Bath upstairs you can comfortably sleep 6. As with Cottage 1, all bedrooms come with wall mounted 42" TVS, full wireless internet and Free Long Distance. In addition to Comcast on Demand I have a second Box for your Netfix and games. Looking forward to your stay!
The first thing you will say when you reach the top of the stairs is, "What a view". It really is impressive. We had the heart of pine floors specially milled from 100 year old floors out of a building in Nashville (50 miles from where I grew up, small world). I hope you love them as much as we do. Bigscreen TV with Streaming Video box to play your Netfix or hook up you TV plus Wireless Internet.
The Kitchen was custom buit by a local builder with lots of Glass (so you can see where everything is) and Beadboard inside! I tried to think of everything and give true attention to detail. Hope you will enjoy the Stainless Appliances with French Door Refrigerator and Convection "Double" Oven and microwave. The Dishwasher is amazingly quiet. We though you might appreciate that. And I searched everywhere for the Granite. It is the only thing I could find that looks like Marble but has the durability of Granite. Let me know what you think.
I love reading in bed and hope you will enjoy this built in headboard with wall sconces. And check out the floors. Nicest I have seen. They are Marble. The color so soft. This bedroom opens to a private bath with Jetted Garden Tub and separate shower. It also has a oceanfront paver patio for morning coffee.
This Bedroom again has the reading sconces and a shelf behind the bed. Both have 42" wall mount TVs. This bedroom has a huge White Subway Shower with double heads and a long bench.
To the rear we built a large Paver Patio with Dining Table. Sun Umbrella, Chairs and Grill. At my other Vaction Rentals we noticed a charcoal grill turning up every so often and finally realize some people prefer charcoal to gas so...... we found a grill that does both. Hope you like it! There is also an outdoor shower with HOT and COLD. I forgot the Hot last time but here I tried to think of everything.
