Perfect family vacation condo
Our family of four loved our week in this unit. The location is perfect! You can walk to Gulf Place, which has enough "stuff" for us, if needed and was not crazy crowded like Rosemary or Seaside. The pool and beach were also not crowded- there were other kids for mine to play with, but still quiet enough to relax. The view from the unit is amazing and we enjoyed the huge patio. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked with plenty of the staples you do not want to travel with. We were also thankful for the boogie boards and sand toys We will definitely be back!

Perfect beach getaway
Very clean and beautifully furnished condo with large balcony with plenty of room for all. View of ocean, pool and spa. We visited after spring break and the pool and beach were uncrowded. Restaurants were nearby with all types of choices available. We really enjoyed that the beach service of 2 chairs and umbrella were set up for us every morning. We will definitely consider returning to this property again. Thank you!

Great view Great condo
Nice condo with welcoming bottle of wine. View was great and outside balcony with plenty of room. Close to many restaurants and easy acess to Publix and Walmart. Beautiful beach and clear water. My wife and I enjoy this period, after Labor Day. Less crowds and basically no wait at most restaurants, if you get their between 5:00pm - 6:00pm. Great pool and hot tub with easy access to the beach. Beach chairs and umbrella provid with this rental.

Family Getaway
We love San Remo and this beautiful condo. It was quiet, close to the beach, and beautifully decorated. We especially enjoyed the deck furnishings, where we spent a lot of time and even hosted friends for dinner one evening. The beautiful pool is one of the highlights of the property ad is so inviting.

Love this condo!!
Wow! I love this place!!! Found it on line, booked it and have spent winter months here for 10-12 years. Owners think of everything to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. Beautifully furnished, updated often. New granite walk-in shower in master bath this year!! Decor through condo is lovely. I love the large balcony with comfortable seating and great view of ocean and sunsets.

Our Favorite Beach Condo
We have been staying at San Remo 407 for the past 11 years, Gloria and Frank have been so gracious to share their beautiful beach condo with us. This year she has updated the condo and it is just beautiful. The San Remo property has been maintained all these years and is always clean and the views are beautiful. Favorite Getaway
Another fabulous week at San Remo in Gloria�s place! It is so nice, you can walk to some wonderful shops and restaurants. Shunk Gully�s is a new go to spot! The Balcony at the condo is most relaxing and the view of the water is the best!

Enjoy Gulf views from this 3 bedroom, two bath, condo. It is a very short walk from the condo down to the beach. The master and second bedrooms both have new king beds. The third bedroom has a twin day bed with a trundle. The condo is located on the fourth (top) floor. The condo's large private balcony (350 sq ft) overlooks the pool, private pond, and Gulf of Mexico. The condo unit has 1360 sq ft and is located on Santa Rosa Beach. The complex sets back a little because of the natural pond. This gives a lot of privacy to the condo. San Remo is gated for security. It also features a large pool side community room with full kitchen available for meeting, reunions, wedding receptions, etc. There is also an exercise room available with new equipment. We are located just half a mile from Gulf Place shopping and a couple miles from Grayton Beach. The condo is professionally decorated with beautiful furniture, art,and oriental rugs. Our patio is furnished with furniture that has made it an outdoor living area. It is very comfortable and relaxing!
When you are not enjoying the beautiful beaches, you are just a short walk or drive to a variety of restaurants and shopping. Challenging golf is available at Santa Rosa Country Club. San Remo is quiet and peaceful (no high rises, traffic or congestion) yet easily accessible to Destin and Panama City's many entertainment attractions such as the Gulfarium, scuba diving, Big Kahunna water park, fishing, dolphin cruises, roller coaster rides, and Silver Sands Outlet Mall (the largest shopping mall in the southeast).
Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the master with private bathroom, a king bed (second bedroom) and adjoining bath. The 3rd bedroom has a twin daybed with a trundle. The sofa is a queen sleeper sofa.
Beach Service ( an umbrella and 2 chairs) is included in the rent from March 1 to Oct 31. A 40 per day value. 30-A has 18 miles of bike path. The Beach service also rents Bikes, Paddle boards and kayaks on location. Or there are many bike rental shops in the area.

About The Area
San Remo is a beach front condo located on 30A. We are within walking distance to many great restaurants and shopping. We are .3 miles from Gulf Place and the new restaurant, Shunk Gulley. An easy bike ride or walk down the bike path.
Silver Sands Outlet Mall is about 6 miles to the west of San Remo and Grayton Beach and Seaside are about 5 and 6 miles to the east.
30A has 18 miles of bike path and there are any shops in the area to rent bikes
