It is unquestionably one of our most colorful homes and is now considered by many to be the perfect Florida vacation getaway. It’s an amazing, luxurious home that exudes Florida with lavish, lush landscaping, a great pool overlooking Lake Nancy, a stunning enormous lanai area [one of the largest in Siesta Key] which includes the outdoor bar and dining areas not to mention the Koi pond. And all in a marvelous pallet of bright, refreshing colors.
This huge home features a large living room, a separate den that also serves as an additional sleeping area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining area and an updated kitchen featuring stainless and granite with direct serving access to the lanai area. There is an indoor dining room as well as well as plenty of dining space in the lanai. Every room has a wall mounted HDTV for your enjoyment.
Sleeping accommodations for 10 or more include a King size bed in the Master Bedroom, a Queen size bed in the 2nd Master, two full beds [sleeps 4] in bedroom 3, and a very comfortable, newly designed sleeping sofa in the huge sleeping/den area. You’ll absolutely fall in love with the array of bright tropical colors and décor here.
Everyone will enjoy the large screened in lanai with a heated pool and an over-sized bar and wall mounted HDTV. Enjoy the tranquil sounds of the koi pond and waterfall, while cooking out for the family on the gas grill.
The lanai overlooks Lake Nancy, and on the side of the home, there is an interesting pathway resembling the Everglades jungle that sweeps you around to a hidden garden area and all the way around to the front of the home. Inside the garage, you will find 4 bicycles, plenty of beach going equipment, including your own beach caddy and ice cooler!
