There is a private patio accessed through the sliding glass door in the living area with an outdoor dining table (seats 6), chaise lounge and a gas bbq grill. There is a washer and dryer located at the back of the building for guests use. The unit is supplied with a fully stocked kitchen, all linens (including beach towels), beach chairs and a cooler for use during your stay. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area and a king size bed in the bedroom. It is a very short 3 minute walk/1 block walk to the beautiful white quartz sands of Siesta Key Beach and 4 blocks/1/2 mile to Siesta Key Village for dining and shopping.
There are 3 other adjoining properties (with pools) if you need more!
