Exceeded our high expectations!!
This property exceeded our high expectations for a family of nine! Three family groups, including three children stayed for a week at this property. The accommodations were exceptional. While we could dine together at the same table or on the outside deck, the opportunity was always available to have some "private" space away from the group. Dual thermostat controls for the main floor and the upper bedroom floor were very convenient. Everything we needed to prepare meals was easily located in the kitchen. We did not encounter any problems or issues with the physical property. The location of this property and the proximity to the beach area was wonderful! Quick enough for the children and not too demanding for the grandparents. The beach wagon, chairs and umbrella were all in good working order! The pool was very private and was just enough to accommodate the family's needs. We appreciated the convenience of having two garage areas in which to park all of the rental cars. Reasonably priced; well maintained; outstanding location! We are discussing our next visit already. Thank you Tracy!

Location, Relaxation, Comfortable!
Girls trip to Siesta Key... I am so happy we chose this house above all the others.The location is great; one block walk to the beach and 3-4 blocks to the village. We utilized the free ride service and we were anywhere in minutes. Bedrooms and common areas are large and we could all sit in the pool to chat without having to yell. ONLY downside was the construction going on in back, but the home owners can't help that. The house had everything you needed for a wonderful time.Tracy (homeowner) is FANTASTIC and we will probably be booking again next year.

You'll love this quality tastefully furnished open floor plan home. It's perfect for entertaining and comes stocked with everything you will need to sit back, relax and enjoy the perfect beach vacation. Two large screened porches offer a great place to enjoy a beverage, relax and read a book. The porch on the main level is equipped with an outdoor dining table that seats six and an additional tall table with seating for four. The house has an open floor plan with plenty of room for everyone to gather and a dining table that seats 8 with additional seating for 4 at the bar. The small pool has a waterfall and a large shallow sun shelf with bubbler fountains and an umbrella, the perfect place for the little ones to play while you bbq on the outdoor gas grill. The home is fully equipped with linens (including beach towels), a well stocked kitchen with newer stainless steel appliances, large flat screen televisions, cable with most sports packages, wifi, washer and dryer, beach chairs, beach wagon, cooler and many beach/pool toys. It is a very short 3 minute walk/1 block to the beautiful white quartz sands of Siesta Key Beach and 4 blocks/ half a mile to siesta Key Village for dining and shopping. There is parking for 5-7 cars or your boat if you should choose to bring it.

Sarasota has a variety of attractions appropriate for family enjoyment. The Ringling Museum, Children's Garden, Big Cat Habitat, Mote Marine Laboratory, Historic Spanish Point, Marie Selby Botantical Gardens, Sarasota Jungle Gardens and much more.
Golf: Sarasota offers more than 1,000 holes at public, semi-public and private golf courses.
Tennis: Tennis courts are abound in Sarasota.
Visit dozens of performing arts venues, renowned opera, theatre and ballet companies.
In February and March Sarasota is the spring training home of the Baltimore Orioles.
