There are no homes between you and the Gulf of Mexico and white sand beach. Nearly every room has a full view of the beach. The entire back of this house opens with stacking glass sliding doors to catch the Gulf breezes and views. There are two forty foot long covered and screened lanais across each level facing the beach plus a large sunning patio with lounge chairs and big umbrellas. You will find quality furnishings, 5 large screen TV's, beach towels, chairs, sand toys, cooler and a beach wagon to get it all to the sand. A high quality & well equipped kitchen, breakfast island, large eating area, great room/ dinning room combination, laundry room with large capacity machines, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a powder room on the main living level. There is a two car garage and parking for three additional cars. Relax and enjoy breath taking sunsets, beautiful beach scenes or stroll a few blocks down the beach to the shopping, dinning and night life at nearby Siesta Key Village. Sarasota is cultural mecca. Enjoy the Ringling Art museum and mansion, multiple theaters, a beautiful downtown, and the upscale shopping of St Armand's Circle. There is something for every age group. The many activities such as golf courses, tennis, Mini-put, charter fishing, watercraft rentals, etc...are nearby. Siesta Key is a short distance to most everything Sarasota has to offer, you just select your activity for the day and go enjoy. Tampa and Busch gardens is an hour and 10 min. away, Orlando and it's amusement parks are an hour and 40 min. away, and Sarasota airport is twenty minutes at tops. Feel confident that when you arrive, you will stay in a clean and well cared for home that has been own by the same person for 20 yrs. Some of the best beaches in the world and Siesta is currently rated the #1 beach in the US(2017) and consistently rated at the top with its crystal white quartz sand that is clean, soft and cool to walk on. Come in November for the Crystal Sand Sculpture Contest. The beach is child friendly as well with a light surf angle and great for walking or running the beach. Search Siesta Key Chamber of Commerce and Sarasota Chamber of Commerce to get ideas on things to do. If you are a Golfer we have many coarses within a short distance. Everything you would want is available in this slice of paradise.
This is a private home so no one to disturb in the building. Please respect the neighbors and close the doors if you are partying late and have those loud moments so as not to disturb them. If you are on the lanai enjoying the late night stars and Gulf breeze, please keep your communication to a quiet level.
No smoking in the house and if you smoke on the patio be careful not to burn the furniture or you will be responsible. Close all doors so smoke does not enter the house.
