We rented this property the end of January. The condo was absolutely gorgeous and exceeded our size expectations . The beach was an easy walk, easy access, and beautiful. Another main reason we like to stay here is that we can park our car and walk just about anywhere in town. We plan on renting this condo again next year and this time maybe stay longer.

I'll be back!
We crave sea, sand, and sun, so a couple of years ago we drove from Toronto, Canada all the way south to Key West and back staying in several locations on the east and then west coast of Florida and we picked Siesta Keys as our family vacation spot. First year we booked online and then on location went to check out local rental properties and prices. This townhouse was #1. It's beautiful, fresh as if you're the first to live in it, neatly decorated and very close to the beach (we just walked barefoot and in our swimwear for about 100m - and there you are at the water), best in location and price! We spent three weeks in 2011 and came back again for the august 2012. It's truly a pleasure to deal with people like Tim&Viv;! I'm very grateful for their informative responses to our inquiries about the place and amenities around and kind attention to details in preparing the house for our stay. As soon as we entered the spacious sunlit living room and I saw the basket with welcome gifts on the table I knew it was time to relax and enjoy my vacation. It switched me into a different mood right away - peaceful, joyful and relaxed. Coming from a big city with its daily hustle-bustle we really appreciate the difference in atmosphere and pace here it doesn't take days or weeks to "decompress". Tim&Viv; knew how to make it very easy, relaxing, and comfortable. Our kids were very happy to find bikes and swimming gear in the garage not to mention to have one TV in each room so remote control wars were prevented. We try to buy organic so it's very convenient to have an Earth Origins Market 3min away. Also there's a Publix and many restaurants in the area. For art lovers there's a great art gallery in Sarasota: Ringling Museum of art - surprisingly rich collection of works by the Old Masters. A visit here is a must! Sunsets here are so spectacular that their grandeur can never be captured by a camera. I hope we'll come back again and again to the warmth and hospitality of this house.

Perfect townhouse for a perfect vacation
This townhouse and it's owner leave nothing to be desired. We stayed here two February's in a row. Everything is first class, from the furnishings to the fully outfitted kitchen (even has a blender and a juicer plus every type of pan and utensil you could ever need), to the sheets and beach towels. Flat screen Tvs in every room. Tons of toys including bikes, boogie boards, coolers, umbrellas and even a kayak. The place is incredibly clean(important to me, I'm a clean freak) and has a great deck to sit on and watch the beachgoers walking by. The owners leave the place stocked with some paper towels, soap and other niceties to get you started on your vacation. Really unusual in a rental and totally appreciated! We stay in Florida every year and we finally found the perfect place to stay. The only reason we're sharing this review is because we bought a place of our own this year. But I must admit I'll miss staying here! Oh yeah. Forgot to mention the location. VERY short walk down the street to the beach. A few steps away from the pool. No streets to cross. Plus the street it;'s located on _SaraSea Circle_ has a really cool vibe. No crowds like at the public beach. This is rated as the #3 best beach in the US.

Relax and enjoy!!!
This rental had it alll! No need to bring anything. They had games for indoors and out. Beach chairs. A grill! Washer and dryer in the unit. And space galore! We have stayed in 5 different rentals in siesta through the years. This is the only one we will be returning to. They have that little something extra that's makes it a special place!!

50th birthday made special
If you're looking for the place that has everything, so that you can sit back, relax and let the stress melt away, this is the place. We are a family of 8 plus one 7 month old grandaughter and it was my wish to spend my 50th Birthday together with family enjoying the beach at Siesta Key. Tim and Viv made this possible. The location could not be more perfect, tucked just out of the way but withing easy walking meander to the beachfront. And they have everything there you could imagine to play at the beach! You will want for nothing , chairs, umbrellas, boats, snorkel, fish, or just lay back and relax on the quiet outside patio. Inside is a dream. The pictures are an exact replication of the house. Clean, quiet, with all of the amenities of home (even some you might not have at home) Thanks once again to Tim and Viv for sharing their beautiful property with us. Great Family Vacation
Our family vacations included 5 adults and 1 baby....ages 69 to 8 months. We all had a great time. The rental was large and spacious and fully equipped with promised amenities. Yes, it was a short walk to the beach with the available shared pool also a bonus. The washer and dryer were much appreciated. Our first trip to Siesta Key was a winner.

Perfect family Place
This place was very well kept, clean and plenty of supplies for the beach and pool as well as fully stocked kitchen for cooking and serving. The accommodations were perfect for our family with 5 adults and one toddler. Walking distance to beach, pool, grocery, restaurants, etc. One thing that was not the fault of the owners by any means, they were very nice and told us they would be only a phone call away if we needed anything, was the red tide had left the beach very dirty and smelly, we were surprised that the siesta beach did not clean up the masses amount of seaweed that was collected on the shore. I am sure the owners of these townhomes pay a lot of money for taxes and maintenance. otherwise very beautiful place and great Town home with many amenities.

Well appointed, spacious beach townhouse
This well appointed, spacious townhouse is a short walk to the spectacular Crescent Beach. The townhouse is well appointed with EVERYTHING you could possibly need. It had excellent wifi, flat screen TVs, bikes, beach toys, pool floats, etc.. It was well stocked with laundry soap, garbage bags, dishwasher soap, etc, which was very convenient and not always provided in rentals. You could tell that the owners take a great deal of pride in this property. The outdoor private patio was wonderful. Definitely reserving for next year!

Amazing townhouse on BEAUTIFUL beach
First of all I'd like to thank Tim and Vivian! The townhouse is BEAUTIFUL and well stocked with EVERYTHING you will ever need while on vacation or as a matter or fact just to live comfortably day to day. Toilet paper, paper towels, garage bags, dish soap, laundry detergent ect. are all stocked. We have rented vacations homes before and none of these items were stocked. I seriously cannot express how nice it was to not have to worry about purchasing these every day items. Now lets talk about how clean this house was. It amazed me. From the floor boards to the ceiling... SPOTLESS! Beds were very comfortable as well. The beach is Siesta Key so of course it was amazing, very close only a short walk but this review is of Sandy toes and I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. We had a lovely vacation!!!!!

Awesome!!
What a great place to stay. The townhouse had everything we needed from bikes to beach toys to extra flip flops. Very clean and well stocked. Close to restaurants and boat rentals. Everyone was very friendly. Loved it!!! Beach was beautiful!! Sunsets were amazing and the girls enjoyed the beach critters.

Return to Sandy Toes!
Our stay at your condo was absolutely wonderful!! This was our second year staying here and we felt as if we'd never left. We felt right at home and we're so pleased to return. The patio and BBQ were an integral part of our stay and were used on daily basis. We loved the wide variety of beach items in the garage and used many articles. We rode the beach cruiser bikes down to Turtle Beach. We appreciated being able to garage our vehicle each night. The beds were comfortable for us and our visitors. The salt water pool was also a big hit... warm and very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped and worked very well for the month. The owners are very accessible if necessary. Great WIFI coverage! Close to everything on the Key! We have already booked our stay for 2018!!!

Christmas in Paradise!
This townhouse was perfect for our family Christmas vacation. We rented the entire townhouse for 7 people allowing the grandparents a place to escape in the efficiency apartment. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable and the beach was absolutely beautiful. Don't let the resort staff at the beach convince you that you can't be on "their private beach". Just make yourself at home! Siesta Keys Village and Sarasota provided all the dining, shopping and entertainment you could ask for and everyone we met were very helpful and nice. The only issue we encountered at the townhouse was parking. We arrived in 2 vehicles of which one could be parked in the garage and it was difficult to find parking for the 2nd vehicle at times and you can't park off property without being in a Tow Away Zone. We would highly recommend this townhouse and would love to return one day ourselves!

Wonderful Rental Experience-They Thought of Everything!
We LOVED our stay at Tim and Viv's condo at Sandy Toes. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and they provided anything and everything a family could want for a fun week at the beach. Very nice, well maintained, 3 bedroom 3 bath multi level condo. Condo was well furnished, even with coffee, where all we needed to purchase was our food, drinks. There were ample linen available and the owner had all you could ask, for in regards to beach accessories that were available for our usage. The only possible downside was you did not have a view of the beach or gulf from the condo, you had to walk about a half block. Would we rent the condo again absolutely, and the owners were very pleasant to work with.

Perfect family vacation!
This is the 2nd year we stayed at Siesta Key Townhouse and we loved it even more this time around. Last year we hit a 3 week raining period but this year we have nothing but beautiful sunshine all week long. This house has everything you could possibly imagine you might need and things you didn't even know you needed! Well equipped for large family meals, bbq on the back patio, and even early morning coffee on the front deck. The location is absolutely perfect - while not directly on the beach, it's a very short walk. My husband and son absolutely love to fish and snorkel on point of rocks. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Love it and recommend to anyone!

Beautiful town home, wonderful owners
We stayed at the end of May/beginning of June with 3 children under 10 and grandparents. There was plenty of room for all of us in this beautifully furnished town home. We never felt like we were in one another's way and there were 7 of us staying here. We had one small problem with the air conditioning, which can easily be a big problem in Florida, but the owners were so responsive and wonderful. We will definitely stay here again. Close to the beach and pool. On the south (quiet) side of the island, but walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

Beautifully furnished condo in great location!
This condo was as beautiful as the pictures. We were delighted! Vivian & Tim pride themselves in trying to anticipate anything you may need. The garage has lots of things you can use at the gorgeous beach. (Great, if you are flying & can't bring chairs, etc with you). There is a rolling cart to help you haul stuff to the beach, which is an easy 2 block walk. "Sandy Toes" is located in a group of condos in Sara Sea Circle on the southern end of the island. We loved the location since is not crowded (like the upper end of the island). Within a few blocks, we loved being able to walk to shops, a few restaurants, bars & a small grocery store. And don't miss going to the Sneaki Tiki at night, with nightly outdoor music! This condo is top notch!!

Sandy toes are the happiest toes!!!
We spent the month of February on Siesta Key at Tim and Viv's Sandy Toes condo and had a great time. The online representation was spot on to what we found on our arrival. The condo is comfortable and we told several family members that we felt right at home after just a few days. We enjoyed the beach themed art work and decore throughout. The condo was stocked with everything we needed to cook, entertain and have a great time on the beach. The condo is located centrally to some very nice restaurants, shops and is a very short walk to a warm pool or the beautiful white sand of Siesta Key beach. In the area we were able to find a great gym, a yoga practice and an outdoor pool all with reasonable fees. The owners, Tim and Viv were great to work with throughout the entire process. To let you know how we really feel about our stay, we have already booked the property for next year!

Fantastic townhouse, close to everything!
The townhouse is beautiful. We had 6 women for a girls trip and this was the perfect place. Well appointed. Bikes and toys in the garage. Beach and pool very short walk. Close to bars and restaurants. Enough room to not get on each others nerves. Will definitely stay here again! Loved it and will recommend it to everyone I know.

Best Siesta Key Holiday Rental!
We have been coming to Sarasota and Siesta Key for 30 years. Most years we have to pack up or buy things that make for lots of errands on the first day or two of the holiday, but not so this year. We rented the Sandy Toes Townhouse for 2 weeks and here are a few of the highlights about this rental: The location is super convenient to restaurants, shops, and the beach. EVERYTHING you can think of to have fun on the beach is there - fishing poles, bikes (7!), floats, beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs and umbrella, even flip flops of all sizes! There is plenty of toilet paper and paper towels for the entire stay. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare any meal. The beds are comfortable. The furniture is quite nice and functional. Garage parking. Heated pool close to the unit.

Great Location, Great Family Holiday x6
The 3-level townhouse was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach near the southern tip of Siesta Key with NO roads to cross en route. The layout of the townhouse was excellent for our 3 extended family, 6 member, group, with a separate bathroom on each level. The property was very clean and contained all that we needed (and a lot more !!) for our holiday. There was a huge selection of beach equipment in the large attached garage. Also a washer and dryer. The only negatives were that the shared outdoor pool is rather small for the number of units it serves and that the beachfront properties cover the beach in their own umbrellas (for rental) which makes finding a spot to sit for the family more difficult than it should be. Siesta Key has a spectacular beach comprised of quartz sand which does not get hot - no need for beach shoes for the little ones - and the beach shelves gently to the Gulf making paddling and play very safe. Lots of places to eat close by, and just 5 minutes across the bridge over the intra-coastal to find many more. We loved our vacation here and will certainly return.

Beautiful Townhouse/Beautiful Beach/Village
The townhouse(sandy Toes) was the cleanest most organized place I had ever stayed in. All eight of us ladies enjoyed our stay at this lovely place.It was fully equipped with everything you would need for the beach.... towels, coolers, rafts, umbrellas, chairs, bikes and more!, Loved the location . It was a short walk to the beautiful beach.The location is perfect, near restaurants and stores within walking and we enjoyed the TIP ONLY taxis for a ride down to the Siesta village to capture the beautiful sunset and shop at the great little local shops and great restaurants with nightly entertainment. The Beach was loaded with shells and the water clear and blue as Cancun and sand was like walking in white baby powder...the sand never gets hot to walk on.We enjoyed our girls trip entirely.We were so lucky to have met the owners,.Tim and Vivian, truly nice people, whom accommodated our request of early fights in and late flights out...We appreciated their kindness above and beyond..We will definitely be returning to their beautiful rental home in the future...and will be recommending this place to family and friends.

Really great place
Stayed with my husband, daughter, son-in-law and their 3 little children. Rented both the main townhouse and the little apartment area downstairs and had plenty of space for all of us. Very comfortable place with everything we needed and more! Nice patio area for grilling & eating outside, and nice deck for sitting out on the lovely evenings. Really great place!

We were initially concerned about finding suitable accommodations by internet alone, but when we arrived at the town home, we were so pleasantly surprised. Everything was spotless, comfortably and tastefully decorated, and quite well-equipped. The layout was also ideal for an extended family and no one had to sleep in twin beds, much to our adult children's relief. Our elderly mother had the downstairs apt. to herself and she was thrilled about the privacy and easy access to the lovely patio area. The family that we visited in the area were all quite impressed. We would have no hesitation to recommend this rental to others and the owners were a delight to deal with. Couldn't have been more pleased!

Beautiful Townhouse
The Siesta Key townhouse was beautiful! Upon our arrival, Tim and Vivian were there to greet us and give us pertinent information regarding their home and the surrounding area. It was such a pleasure to unpack and relax, usually the broom, bucket and mop come out, so we can all begin cleaning before we begin our vacation. The townhouse was immaculate and the amenities too numerous to mention. Don't be concerned about needing anything but food when you arrive...kitchen fully stocked with everything from dishes to pots and pans, luxurious sheets and bedding, toys and beach chairs, umbrellas for beach. We read other reviews of rental properties in Siesta. The tenants mentioned having to purchase beach towels, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent etc... No worries if you stay here! Gorgeous white sand and clear blue/green Gulf of Mexico. Point of Rocks for snorkeling- very interesting and unique! The "village" is a 3 mile bike ride- fun atmosphere, restaurants, shops. Will definitely return next summer. Thank you Tim and Vivian!

Excellent place to stay!
The condo was beautiful and very clean. I loved everything about it. It was within walking distance to the pool and beach... not long at all. The cool part is that you get to go to a private beach, not the crowded public one! It was a short drive to the village which had fun shops, food, and ice cream! Wonderful place to relax and get away!

Awesome Location and VERY Clean Townhouse
Stop your search because this place has everything and is just a few minutes walking (maybe 50 yards) to the beach and restaurants/bars. The house is so clean and stocked with everything you need to cook and goto the beach with. There is also a heated pool (25 yards). Easily the best vacation house we have rented. We rented both parts of the townhouse. We had two children and an in-law so 5 total.

Beautiful, clean and spacious!
This townhouse had everything we needed - from towels to dishes to beach toys and bikes. It was perfect and just a short walk to the beach. We saw dolphins in the mornings in the waters off of the beach. Can't wait to return to Siesta Key.

This is a tastefully decorated, impeccably maintained, spacious home.
This home was spacious enough for eight people. There was every amenity imaginable. The entire area was lovely. The pool was beautiful and the beach, the wonderful beach was just a short stroll down a paved path.....breathtaking! Our host Tim was very informative and accommodating, patiently responding to my many e-mails. There was a welcome note and bottle of wine waiting for us. Very thoughtful of them. This did not feel like a rental, it felt like home.

Really nice townhouse. You will not be disappointed
This townhouse met all our needs. We rented the 3 bedrooms which gave our adult son his own space to chill out. The unit comes with all the amenities of home. We did not travel with young children but if you do the place is well stocked with games and beach toys. It is a short walk to the pool area that did get quite busy in the afternoons and the beautiful beach is just another few minutes down the road. The pictures are an accurate representation of the unit and surrounding area.

Amazing vacation rental at Siesta Key!
My husband and I stayed at this house from May 4-May 11. The house is beautiful! Our favorite parts were the pool and the beach! The gorgeous beach is only a short walk away! The restaurants are in walking distance as well! This rental provided us with the relaxing vacation we were looking forward to. We would definitely stay again!!
