This home has it all! Only 120 yards to Siesta Key Beach. Canal front private home with five bedrooms,three and a half bathrooms, sleeps up to 14 if approved by the owner, 10 people included in the rate. The home is set up perfectly for family gatherings with the bedrooms in three different areas for privacy plus having three living areas for some peaceful enjoyment when needed. The living area wraps around the large screen lanai, with BBQ area, pool and hot tub, dinning area and a six person bar top that in serviced by a large opening pass through window from the kitchen (families love this as you can feed the kids with wet suits at this bar top). There is a large sunning deck as well that has great views and breeze down the waterway, there is a dock too. You have access from the pool/lanai to a bathroom with shower. Plenty of parking with a two car garage and very large driveways. The home is clean and well cared for with nice comfortable furnishings. Many places to crash and watch TV. Just a excellent home to entertain at. Location is excellent as well with the #1 rated beach in the US, 2017, steps away and a Siesta Trolley stop too which will bring you into Siesta Key Village, so no need to drive and park. It is much nicer and has larger rooms then the pictures indicate. This coastal neighborhood is safe and clean and fun to bike around as many rent bikes for the week and enjoy riding to places on the key. You can rent kayak or stand up boards and paddle the canals or surf the beach. The Siesta Key shops and restuarants are good, convenient and fun. Just off the key you will find one of the nicest communities with quality ammenaties that rival some of the best places in the world. It is a very cultural town with a wide range of things for families and adults. See the Sarasota Chamber of Commerce and Google all that it has to offer beside the best beach you will ever dig your toes into.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday are considered weekend rates.
Pet fee is $150 for weekly stays, over one week it is $200. There is an additional $200 Refundable security deposit.
There is a fee of $275 for end of stay cleaning. There is no cleaning during your stay, house is clean when you arrive and gets cleaned when you leave. There are clothes washing machines to do your towels and sheets if needed. Please have as many towel as you can cleaned when you leave and dishes cleaned and put away. The cleaning crew will strip the beds and clean. Excessive cleaning over standard fee will be billed at $25 per hour against your damage deposit.
The cancellation fee is 50% of the rental amount if you cancel up to 45 days prior to your stay. You would lose all payments made if you cancel with-in last 45 days of check in date.
You can change your booking dates 90 days prior to your stay and not received a penalty. Check with me as I might be able to do minor adjustments without penalty.
Penalties accessed because the rents support the maintenance and expenses on the home and if you cancel we lose money, tt is not like a hotel where they do daily rentals and have their name branded, large commercial advertising and lead generation systems. It is much more difficult to fill a home last minute as people book early for family vacations. I hope you understand as we are not trying to be difficult.
50% of full rental amount at time of booking and 50% balance is do 6 weeks prior to rental start date.
