I've been coming to SK for over 40 years, began as a young girl with my parents who owned condos on the key to now coming with my own family and girlfriends! Since I started renting about 6 years ago we have had to try out different properties and by far this was one of the most flawless rentals!! From the initial deposit, to the immediate responses by Dan when I emailed a question, with link sent with app for keyless entry and different ideas for restaurant etc. in the area, it really was one of the best experiences I have had while renting on Siesta Key! We will most certainly be back! Thank you! Ps unfortunately we picked the only rainy weekend in months... So we will Have To come back :)

Great stay!
The rental process went very smoothly and the app with all of the access codes was great. We enjoyed the size of the condo and the large glass dining table was great. Pools are even better in person and the proximity to the beach was very close

First Visit to Siesta Key
This was our first trip to Siesta Key and we absolutely loved it. Our condo was located on the Gulf side with about a 2 minute walk to the beach. Our condo was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend the Palm Bay Club to everyone. We were highly satisfied and had a wonderful vacation!

I do not recommend this unit #151. The refrigerator did not work (would not cool and knob was broken to turn the dial to cool). Bath tub would not drain. Dishwasher was not secured under the cabinet, so it would fall out when ever opened. There is NO back patio! It is broken pavers and dirt with broken, rotten chairs to sit on. King bed is hard as a rock and squeaks when you move it the bed. The only positive thing I can say about the unit is the proximity to the beach and pool. Morgan Properties is extremely unresponsive to emails and phone calls.

Brand new kitchen with granite countertops, new 50" LED TV in living room. The lanai area has been converted into the living room creating a larger living space than most Club Suites at Palm Bay Club with new sliding glass doors that has a nice paver porch. Both bathrooms have been completely updated with new ceramic tile, cabinets, granite and plumbing fixtures. Palm Bay Club is considered one of the premiere rental properties on Siesta Key offering 3 different styles of lodging: direct ocean-front in the tower, Club Suites and Bayside Suites on the Bay side of Midnight Pass Road. 10 Boat Slips are also available for use direct from the Inter-coastal waterway with our own private dock.
