We stayed with our two grandchildren, ages 5 and 8 and this unit was perfect. The pool just outside was really popular with the little ones. The unit was clean and everything worked well. The bathrooms were particularly nice with the beautiful tile work.

Crystal Sands V12A
Our rental experience was very, very good. The only issues we had was getting into the condo -- Morgan Properties had to come to re-program the code to get into the condo; however, they came very quickly. Also, the description of the condo stated it had a washer/dryer but did not.

Great Vacation Rental
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Crystal Sands. The condo was as described and worked well for two couples. The complex is older, but very clean and well maintained. The condo was renovated within the last few years and is very nice. The beach here is absolutely gorgeous! Lounge chairs are provided on the beach, which was great. I would definitely recommend to a friend. The only drawback is that there is no washer/dryer in the unit. There is a coin laundry in the building directly across from the unit. Another suggestion to the owners would be to include TV's in the other bedrooms. Currently just the master has a TV. Morgan Properties was great to work with.

Spacious, comfortable convenience
Glorious but HOT week for our family to enjoy SK. Loved the convenience of the "almost private pool" Even the walk to the best beach was easy. We loved Turtles and Phillipi Creek restaurants. Enjoyed Lobster bisque from Lobster Pot and Captain Curts Clam chowder, Solorzano pizza and Olafs ice cream. The German bakery is always a favorite. Sounds like Food and water were the highlights of this vacation ! We went to relax and share a week at our favorite beach with all of our immediate family renting villas 12A and 6. This worked out perfectly for us and we even enjoyed an afternoon visit from our two nephews from the Fort Myers area. Both villas met our needs for a relaxing family get together!

Crystal Sands Villa #12A is one of three 3 bedroom villas available at Crystal Sands and had a complete renovation in 2006. Everything is still like new. There are a total of 3 three bedroom rentals available at Crystal Sands, but on Siesta Key. About 100 yard walk from the Villa to the ocean-side heated pool and the #1 beach in the U.S.A. ! There is also a 2nd heated pool available, viewable from Villa #12A, close yet still private. There is also a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico from the kitchen and dining room windows.
Villa #12A has hardwood flooring throughout the condo, granite countertops, your own private one car garage plus additional parking in front of the Villa makes this an ideal property for your family of 6. The Crystal Sands Villas are perfect for a large group when booking several properties for multiple families.
