Our stay a Crystal Sands was beautiful! Very satisfied with property, we had two units in the month both very nice. Dan Morgan was extremely accommodating and very helpful during our stay.

A little piece of paradise
As always we enjoyed our stay in 1106. The condo is clean, spacious, and very well stocked with supplies. And what we couldn't find, Dan made sure we got. Love the view, the huge comfy couch and the wonderful screened in deck. But most of all we love being able to open our windows at night and listen to the waves lapping up against the shore.

Everything was ready upon our arrival. The condo was very spacious and well equipped. The property and location are ideal for a beach retreat. We could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you Dan.

Excellent value with a beautiful view
The Crystal Sands #1106 is an amazing value and offers an incredible view of Siesta Key. The location on the 11th floor offers stunning views of the sunset. You can see the entire north end of the key from the balcony.

Crystal Sands #1106 has been completely renovated less than 2 years ago. New kitchen cabinets and countertops, new tile throughout, new baseboards, ceiling fans, crown moulding, three (3) sets of new sliding lanai doors, king bed in the master, two (2) full beds in the guest bedroom. Free WI-FI access provided. The view from this 11th floor unit is both west direct to the Gulf of Mexico and north more than a mile past the Siesta Key Public Beach. Three (3) elevators service the high-rise, easy access.
