Nice Siesta Key Condo
Great location first floor condo. Walk right out the patio door to parking lot with a covered parking spot. Nice and clean furnished condo with everything we needed for our trip. Half a mile from the beach, great location. Owners very friendly and easy to work with. Would absolutely stay there again.

Beautiful & Comfortable Paradise!
I absolutely love this condo. This is my 3rd year in a row spending some time here. It has a "beachy" décor that just makes me happy. It's super clean and very well maintained. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen is there. It's great for large families or extended family and friends. The 2 bedrooms are completely private with their own bathroom. The screened in patio is a great quiet place for morning coffee or just hanging out in the evening. We had a little "tropical" weather this time...so took advantage of the TV...many channels and also movies provided. It's a short walk (or quick drive) to the public beach access. The property itself has lots of amenities. The pool is beautiful and the gym has more than sufficient equipment. There's fishing right out back and there's fishing equipment provided in the condo. There's lots of local bars/restaurants close by with awesome food and most have happy hour specials. This trip I rented a kayak from Siesta Village Outfitters and took a highly recommended tour down by Turtle Beach. Ruth & Angelo are very nice and accommodating! I'll be back!!!

Our home away from home!
This will be our third year staying in Siesta Key in this condo. We LOVE it! The room has everything that you could possibly need. The condo it clean and well kept. We have already booked our trip for next year! I highly recommend staying here!!

Lovely and Clean property and great location
Awesome price on this late summer family vacation rental! The unit itself was clean, bright, updated and tastefully decorated. The owners were sweet, helpful and very clear with instructions and communication. The pools were fantastic! We spent a lot of time at the pool. I loved the floor plan of the condo, which allowed us privacy from the kiddos. We used the work out facility and though some pieces were outdated and one out of order, it was quiet, clean and uncrowded. It's a little hike to the beach, but totally walkable and the drive is quick! Will stay here again for sure!

Great condo, clean, spacious and fully equipped with everything that you might needed!
We stayed at this condo in july 2016, everything was perfect, the condo is even better than described, everything is clean, comfortable, we found everything that we needed ( towels, beach chairs, umbrella, fishing poles ), the kitchen is fully equipped, the owners are amazing ,i will definitely be back !

Perfect Vacation
This condo was perfect for having a good relaxing time. The lay out of 2 bedrooms as separate master suites with their own baths was very much appreciated giving a better sense of privacy.. The large porch and lanai were great for family gathering together in the luxury of fresh air. Private entrance into condo was a great addition to enjoyable vacation. Owners were nice and very attentive to our needs. Definitely recommend it and will be back ourselves.

Condo complex is one of the best on Siesta Key. Beautiful relaxing area on the intercoastal with its own marina. Perfect for dolphin and manatee watching or fishing. This is a large, bright and clean 2 bedroom and 2 bath first floor Condo. Condo has been newly renovated and beautifully decorated. Brand new kitchen in August with granite and stainless steel appliances. Condo is fully supplied with everything you need. Linens, fully equiped kitchen, beach chairs and towels, fishing poles and tennis rackets and balls. Also beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and beach toys. One bedroom has a king size bed with large closet and newly remodeled private bathroom with granite vanity and new tile shower. 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds, walk-in closet and also has a private bathroom that is also newly remodeled. Each bedroom is also has a flat screen TV. in the room. Condo also has a large living room/dining room area with Flat screen TV, DVD and a library of Dvd's. Living room goes out onto private screened in lanai, great for eating meals outside or enjoying warm breezes. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need.Because this unit is on the first floor you have what other units do not have. You have a screened in lanai and you also have a second outside tropical private patio with partial water views. Although unit is a first floor unit it is not on the ground floor, it is raised about six steps to the private patio. This unit also gives you the convenience of having two entrances. You can enter through the main entrance into large beautiful lobby area or you can enter through the private patio right across from parking spot. It is a lot less walking to enter the unit. Very convenient when carrying items or returning from beach. When going to marina or pool, you do not have to go through the lobby each time, they are just a short walk from unit. Just walk out of your private stone patio and see the magnificent marina, gazebo and intercoastal waterway. You really feel like you are in paradise. There is a beautiful heated pool and a separate heated kids pool. There is also a large patio with gas grills, great for outside BBQ's by the pool. There is also a fitness room and Sauna. There are three Har-Tru(clay) tennis courts and a marina on the intercoastal waterway. You can fish just steps away from condo by the marina (poles and tackle box in condo) or sit and relax in the gazebo and watch for the dolphins swimming by. Condo is only a short walk or drive to Siesta Key Public Beach, the #1 rated beach by the Travel Channel. It is only a 3 minute drive to public area of beach. If walking, there is beach access two complexes away. It also only a 5 minute drive to Siesta Village, with quaint shops, outside restaurants and great shopping and live music. Siesta Key voted #1 beach in the USA 4 years in a row. Condo is close to the famous Crescent Beach and The Village where there are many great shops and Restaurants. Condo is on intercoasta with perfect views and it's own marina. Perfect to sit out and watch for dolphins and manatees or fish right off dock area. Or sit in gazebo and have a drink . There are free jitneys that will take you any where on Siesta Key.
