Cancellation Policy:
• Client may cancel a reservation up to 60 days prior to arrival date less a 5% non-refundable processing fee of total cost of reservation paid at time of reservation.
• If Client cancels the reservation less than 60 days before arrival, the reservation deposit is forfeited. If payment in full has already been made Client forfeits all monies unless can reschedule same property for a future date.
• The exception to this Cancellation Policy would be a government mandated evacuation due to weather. Travel Insurance Carrier will reimburse Client for unused nights and additional travel required.
