Minimum StaySIesha Key visit was wonderful
The house was per the reviews, an older bungalow with upgraded kitchen, very comfortable beds and a lovely swimming pool that was enjoyed by all. THe pool had a nice shallow area for young children. The baby loved the pool. We were a family of 4 adults and a 10 month old baby. We had a vehicle so it was very easy to explore the area where we visited the local beaches, Siesta Key Beach, Turtle Beach, Lido Beach. We ate at some fabulous restaurants in Siesta Key village and in St Armand's Circle. THe village is a short 5 minute drive away, a bit far to walk with a baby. THe grocery store was a short drive away over the bridge for making meals if you wish. The BBQ was great for meals by the pool. MY daughter and son in law used the bikes to go to the beach and into the village which was handy on the busy days when the beach parking lot was full. Shell beach is a very short walk away if you do not want the big beach at siesta key. The house is a good size and has ample space for two families.. way more space than we needed. WE had a great time and would recommend this property if you want to visit the Sarasota, Siesta Key area. ITs about a 20 minute drive from the airport in Sarasota. We travelled to Orlando one day to Harry Potter World, it was a long day but certainly worth it. Sam was easy to work with and the reservation process was very easy.

Great location, and great for 2 families!
This was perfect for our 2 families traveling together! The location was great (short walk to Shell Beach, and very short drive to main Siesta Key Beach and village). Kids loved the pool in the evenings! The outdoor eating/sitting area was wonderful! Samuel was extremely accommodating, and everything was as described. We'd rent this property again.

Great place to vacation!
My family, 11 people total, enjoyed our vacation in this rental immensely! We loved that it was a short walk to the beach where we could watch the sun set every evening. The house comfortably fit everyone and the recent addition of the third bathroom was appreciated. The home was well maintained and clean. It was one of our favorite vacation sites!

Girls weekend!
This is my second weekend at this home and was impressed even more this trip with some of the additions that were added over the last year. The roof and screened in areas over the patio and pool made the outdoor space enjoyable all day long! I am looking into going back down this summer for a full week with my family and potential friends!

Quiet and serene, but close to local attractions, you will love this large 4 bedroom, family friendly home with 2 kitchens, new appliances, modern furnishings, and beach buggy with all the gear! Separate living areas can accommodate one large family or two smaller ones. Each living area has its own living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bath. Utilizing the sleeper sofas, the house can accommodate up to 13 people. ‘Serenity’ is a short walk to quiet, family friendly Shell Beach on the north end of Siesta Key! It has easy access to the shopping and dining of downtown Sarasota. Enjoy the amazing food and live music of Siesta Key Village and the world famous Siesta Key beach just a short drive, bike or walk away.
This property is called 'Serenity' because it is such a relaxing place to come to and enjoy the island life and attractions. You can relax on the patio, walk to the bridge for fishing or to Shell Beach to suntan, swim, and build sandcastles, or drive to the very popular, white sand Siesta Key Beach or Siesta Key Village with its international menus, beach bars, and a dance clubs. If you don't have a car, there are small shuttle taxis that service just the Key.
The home has recently been updated and renovated with new appliances, furniture TVs, and memory foam beds. There are two living areas so that you can separate the house into two different units that have two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and bath on each side. This is perfect for larger families that would like to have their own separate spaces or two families that like to vacation together. The two driveways can accommodate up to six vehicles.
