The Perfect Condo
Our condo at Crescent Arms was wonderful. The condo is the perfect size and so convenient to the beach. Restaurants and shopping are only a few miles away. Our coffee maker was not working when we arrived so we called Ruth and she saw to it that a brand new one was delivered the next morning.We would definitely stay here again.

Good Views & Comfortable
The apartment was comfortable and had a view of the Gulf. The beach was nice and close and we were able to enjoy the views of the Gulf. The beds were comfortable and it was wonderful to have updated bathrooms - the showers were big enough for us to bath our little one comfortably. The rooms were very spacious and perfect for a family vacation. One of the best things about Crescent Arms, they provide chairs for the beach so you don't have to carry one down each day. This saved us since we already had so much to carry and worry about with a little one in tow. I would recommend staying here.

Amazing Stay
Thanks so much we had an amazing time at your condo very nice, clean everything we needed for a weeks stay. We just love Siesta Key try to vacation there every year. We did buy and left an umbrella and floaties hope that is ok, then the next guests can enjoy them. Thanks again just loved it, The Hill family from Wyoming

Very nice condo on our favorite beach
Siesta Key is our favorite place to go on vacation. We have been quite a few times.The condo is in a perfect location right on Crescent Beach. The views from the lanai is so relaxing. The condo itself was very nice. The renovation of the condo made it seem brand new. The beds were vey comfortable. Having bathrooms in both bedrooms is very convenient. We will rent this condo again when we return to Siesta Key.

Great location, great times on Siesta Key!
We have rented condos for the last four years on Siesta Key and Ruth and Angelo's place is by far our favorite. The condo is completely remodeled and was very clean. We enjoyed opening the sliding door in the evening and listening to the gulf. The views from the screened porch were great and we enjoyed them when we had our morning coffee. The owners were great to deal with and handled any issues we had very quickly and professionally. We will definitely consider renting the condo again if we return to Siesta Key.

This 5th floor two bedroom, two bath condo is totally and completely renovated. Be one of the first guests to stay in this beautifully renovated condo. New tile throughout. There are two bedroom suites with private baths. Each bedroom has new slider doors that open to screened in lanai with beautiful Gulf Views. Both rooms also has new furniture, mattresses and flat screen t.v.'s. Each bathroom is completely renovated with brand new walk in shower, new vanity, toilet, lighting. paint, ect.
One bedroom has a queen bed and 2nd bedroom has two queen beds to sleep 6 comfortably.
Each bedroom has its own private full bath. Bedroom had walk in closet.
Three seperate sliders leading to patio and beautiful views.
Kitchen is brand new with new cabinets, granite counter tops and appliances. The kitchen is also completely stocked with everything that the cook might need to make your stay comfortable. All new cookware, glasses, flatware ect.
Living room has beautiful new slider doors that open to lanai. Living room also new furniture, 55" flat screen t.v. with cable, blue ray player and free wifi.
All rooms have new ceiling fans, paint and new molding.
Condo is only a few steps to the #1 beach. Beach lounge chairs are supplied free of charge right in front of condo.
Gorgeous Gulf views from both bedrooms and living room. Lay in bed and open your eyes to a beautiful beach, water view.

Condo is directly on the beach and only steps to the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Condo is close also to the famous Siesta Key public beach and The Village with cute shops and restaurants.
There is a free jitney that will take you any where on the Key.
There is so much or little to do on Siesta Key. You can Parasail, kayak the beautiful waters, rent a boat, deep sea fish, take a boat tour, enjoy the array of restaurants in the area or just relax and enjoy a drink with the ocean breeze.
