Condo was appropriately furnished and décor was fine. The view was gorgeous and we very much enjoyed the stay, and have intentions to return. The beach chairs and umbrellas are a great feature and we very well appreciated. First time visit to Siesta Key, and it was a great location.

Far exceeding our expectations!
We actually stayed in unit #113 and it was simple but clean with updated kitchen. The grounds, pool, and amenities were well maintained and clean. The Gulf view was amazing! We have visited many beaches but this was the most beautiful with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. My wife said that this was "our best vacation ever!" We plan to return!

Great condo, perfect location
We traveled to Siesta Key for a Mom/daughter vacation for a week in mid July and were very pleased with this condo on the beach. Nicely decorated, very functional, comfortable spot. We've been to Siesta Key many times before so are familiar and this was a great location, with secured access to the beach and a nice big well maintained pool. We like the way this unit has removed the "separate lanai" and created one big living room with full length sliding doors that opened facing the ocean. Highly recommended!

1 Week Minimum Stay Required. Newly Upgraded 1BR/1 BA condo with full sleeper sofa and twin sleeper chair in LR. Kitchen fully remodeled in May 2017(pictures not updated yet) with new top of the line appliances. New Top of the Line King Size Bed will give you a great night sleep after a wonderful day at the beach and a great night in the village(2 miles from condo with free taxis,run on tips, available to take you to and from village). Newly remodeled bathroom in May 2017(pictures not yet updated) with refreshing shower. Steps from beach. Open large windows to full beach views feeling the breeze from the Gulf Of Mexico, overlooking the gorgeous and large pool. Cook lunch or dinner on the gas grills directly overlooking the #1 beach in the USA. Get up early to grab one of the wonderful cabanas on the beach for your private use. Walk to the Village with many bars and restaurants to choose from. Walk in the Soft sand with no rocks - best sand in Florida. Downtown Sarasota a 15 minute drive offering all the amenities of a big city. Tampa is a 1 1/4 hour drive offering another destination or airport. Less than 2 hour drive to Disney World in Orlando. Laundry right across the hall from the unit on the same floor. Wake to a great cup of coffee(made in the Keurig coffee maker built into new refrigerator with filtered water), open the windows and enjoy the views. High Speed Internet in the unit in addition to HD cable TV. On Site Property Management will be your point of contact for your visit. About the area
Siesta Key is 15 minutes from Downtown Sarasota and one hour and fiteen minutes from Tampa. Drive less than 2 hours to DisneyWorld in Orlando, Florida. Siesta Key is voted the #1 Beach in the USA and has a great village with excellent restaurants and many fun bars throughout the village. Great shopping too.
